The Gudelj family is pleased to offer you an apartment for rent with a very attractive location in Dubrovnik with amazing sea view (Lapad Riviera) just above the hotel "Kompas".
Our unique location lends its self to a relaxing and quiet atmosphere.
The sun welcomes you right in the morning and in the evening you can expect fantastic sunsets.
This air-conditioned apartment occupies the first floor of our 2 storey house and it consists of one double room, two single rooms, a 32 sq.m. living-room, two bathrooms, kitchen with all the necessary equipment (stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven,) and two terraces.
All the rooms have balconies overlooking the beautiful sea panorama of the Adriatic.
This apartment has PC+internet (ADSL), digital Sat-TV, (app.350 free channels ) Stereo with CD player (surround system) and VCR at your disposal.
Parking is available in front of the house.
