Vacation Rental Description

The villa was completely renovated a couple of years ago keeping the original structures of Apulian villas. It is composed of a double room and a twin room with facia vista stone ceilings plus a second double room with a four poster bed and wooden ceiling. All the rooms are furnished traditionally. The bathroom has a shower, a wc and a bidet. The kitchen is wide, has a microwave oven and a washing machine. The lounge has a direct access to a front portico, a wide fireplace made of our typical stone, sofas, chairs and tables. In front of the house there is a wide portico with table, chairs and rocking sofa. The entire house is completely surrounded by plants, trees and herbs. A small pine wood, with some ancient carts of our grandfathers, has its own wooden benches and table where is possible to relax, read a book and why not have dinner or a drink or something. On the other side of the property there is a big oven just to prepare tasty pizza or anything you like.

Area Description

The villa is just one mile far from Oria city centre. Oria is a medieval town just on half way between the cities of Brindisi and Taranto, along the ancient Appian Way.
