Enjoy a game of Volleyball/Badminton, Horseshoes, cool off in the pool; relax in our 7 person hot tub, or bird-watch from our gazebo.
This is the perfect location for a relaxing family getaway. It 's a great opportunity to enjoy the North Fork 's beaches, award winning vineyards, world renowned fishing charters, pristine golf courses, Zagat rated restaurants, antique shops, art galleries, and many other attractions including SPLISH SPLASH water park. Hop on a ferry to Mohegan Sun or Foxwoods Casinos. Just a short walk to the dock!

Our Praises!

For our family vacations, we always seek a comfortable rental property in a desired destination. By far, this property was our best rental ever! The beautiful, immaculate home was perfect for our family of 7! Tastefully decorated, well equipped with all appliances, cookware, and electronics in updated and fully functional condition, with no convenience or amenity overlooked. Although the weather was not warm enough to get a lot of use out of the sparkling swimming pool, the hot tub was equally inviting and we did enjoy the lovely grounds, decks, porches, and provided bicycles! The horseshoe pit and the nature trails to the sea shore were among the other amenities our family enjoyed. While located in a quieter area of Long Island, we found plenty to do and enjoy. The water views and the short walk to the Orient Point Ferry were a few of the other bonuses. The property is located in a lovely neighborhood, which the joggers in our family really appreciated. The owner went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Dan Nikola's hospitality felt more like that of an Inn keeper than a landlord. Truly I cannot praise or recommend this property enough!! For Long Island stays, this is the home to rent!

GREAT VACATION GREAT HOUSE

An ideal vacation house for a wonderful vacation. House is comfortable, clean, and enjoyable to live in with beautiful views from the many windows. We just loved living there, walking through the woods to the beach, and jogging to the other beach. The owners are lovely and answered all our questions as we were from California and didnt know the area at all. Exceeded all expectations.

We live in the UK, and finding a holiday home in the USA is not as easy as you think ! From the intial enquiry I found the owners, Bea & Dan, to be friendly and very helpful. We were in regular contact with each other,and they were kind enough to meet us at the house upon our arrival.The house was more than we expected ! It was so clean and of a very high standard! There was every item we needed and more ! We particularly enjoyed the pool and the shady decking in the hot afternoons. We travelled with a family from Connecticut, who I know are keen to return to the house maybe during the Winter ! We will definitely be returning to Long Island !

Relaxation and family fun in Orient Point

We had a great time staying in your lovely Orient Point home. The house was very clean and comfortable. We spent our time bicycling, swimming in the pool, going to the nearby beach, fishing, playing ball and enjoying the jacuzzi! The trip centered around a family get together and we all really enjoyed ourselves. Orient Point is a beautiful place, both scenic and relaxing. The town of Greenport was great to visit as well, and had lots to offer. We spent a day at Splish Splash water park which was not too far away and the kids absolutely loved it (so did the adults). We enjoyed the beautiful nature trails and seeing so many bunnies! With the planning of our trip and the questions I had, I must say that the owners were extremely pleasant to deal with. You know you had a great time when the week just flew by so fast (they say time flies when your having fun). Wish we could have stayed longer, and we look forward to staying there again. Many thanks for the good times!

Wow! What a house. It has it all! We spent a week here with two (2) other couple and enjoyed every minute of it! Drinks poolside, wine watching the sunset from the deck and romance by the fireplace . . a fantastic place with everything you need! Great way to relax, but plenty of options to keep busy . . .golf, wineries, antiquing and some very good restaurants. 5 stars all the way!
