This beautiful cottage on the Narramissic River in Orland, Maine is a place of peacefulness and water fun. The cottage is completely new from top to bottom. Windows everywhere to enjoy the river and an open floor plan to move around freely while inside. There is a living room, dining area, full kitchen and bath on the first floor. The second floor has two private bedrooms each with a private bath. Each floor has it's own porch. A washer and dryer are also available.

The cottage is on the Narramissic River and located in the New England village of Orland. Great Pond Mountain is just a short ways away for a nice hiking trip. Historic towns surround Orland, antiques, 2 lighthouses and much much more.
