Many units to choose from. Ventura condos sleep 4-8, 1100 to 1450 square foot. Monterey condos sleep 8-10, 2000 square foot. Each with 2 full baths. Many units to choose from.
Some units are pet friendly and some handicap accessible. We also offer monthly and long term rentals as well as short term.

Very clean and spacious. We watched the Disney fireworks from the balcony. The kids loved the pool and the pirate ship. Close to shopping and other entertainment.

The condo and grounds was very clean and well maintaned The room was well equiped and And the beds very comfortable. The onlly negative was on our last night some spring break kids rented below us and didnt get muuch sleep

Mid-Winter Vacation!

After getting past the issues with last minute wrong address and the agent telling me a highchair, stroller, and pack n play was included and was not. There was a rotten egg smell in the laundry room we tried to get rid of and couldn't and the carpet needed to be cleaned. After cleaning we were able to enjoy the time we had in Orlando. It was convenient to International Drive and Sea World. The condo was very large and a great floor plan, large bedrooms and living areas which is great for the family. Plus a private patio overlooking the lake. I will definitely come back to Vista Cay!

Nice condo in great location

We enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay. The condo was nicely furnished for the most part. Both bedrooms were comfortable and all rooms were roomy, clean and nicely decorated. Our only complaint was that the living area furniture was not very comfortable for sitting and watching tv (It was College Bowl season). The location of Vista Cay is close to everything and we had no trouble getting to our destinations.

Conference stay 11/2012

This was my second visit to this property. This visit was for business as we attended The Realtors' conference at the convention center.Three of us took up residence at a far less expensive cost than hotels. With our varying conference schedules and need to maintain contact with our business partners at home, the condo offered a near perfect fit. We kept the refrig stocked, coffee perking.computers humming and more. The location was a short distance form the conv center...even the walk was very short and pleasant. Nearby Publix market and chain drug store made shopping for staples also very easy. I would recommend double checking the size of the unit as there are several floorplans. I found this recent choice adequate but a previous stay found us in a much larger even more comfortable unit. One last comment: every appliance,fixture and door knob worked perfectly!

Condo close to Universal!

We are Florida residents and rent in Orlando at least twice a year. This was our 1st time taking our daughter to Universal Studios and chose Vista Cay based on the proximity to the park. Our two bedroom condo was spacious, comfortable and met our needs. Overall I was pleased with the cleanliness although I did think the condo could have been vacuumed more thouroughly. Also, I thought the linens were sparse until I found a load of towels in the dryer a couple of days after our arrival. It would have been nice to find them folder so we could have used them sooner. We enjoyed our visit and will definately rent at Vista Cay again!

Volleyball and Vista Cay
June 27, 2012
This is the second year we stayed at Vista Cay for the AAU Volleyball Championships at the OCCC. Once again, we had a great time and stayed in a beautiful condo. The location of Vista Cay for this event cannot be beat. Although we were inundated with rain from tropical storm Debby, we still had a great time. I would recommend this location to anyone going to Orlando. Even if your visiting Disney, it's nice to have a place away from all the hustle of Disney, yet close enough to everything that you'll never feel out of the loop. Had a great time!!

Vista Cay Lake View Condo

A new unit, it was spacious, comfortable and a good home base for Universal and Sea World visits. It would be better with a Florida decor, rather than the generic dark woods it has. All in all a good value for the money. 6-8 sleep easily and meals are a breeze, though no grilling in unit. Near-by shopping ( adjacent to open Summer 2008) make it a conveinent locale.
