Description of the Orlando vacation condo rental

You will stay in a 2 bedroom condo recently renovated in May '06 nestled quietly in a 50-acre, 18-hole golfing community in the heart of Orlando. It is near enough to the airport to make your initial arrival 'home' short, but convenient enough to 2 major highways (St. Rd 408 & St. Rd. 528) to get you to downtown Orlando and the attractions in a short period of time. You can enjoy the 3 pools, tennis, shuffleboard, boccie, basketball, and a huge playground. When its time to eat either use the full kitchen to prepare a full meal or take a short stride in the gated community to the luxurious clubhouse and enjoy full breakfast buffets or dinners. The 19th Hole Restaurant serves meals all day and sits on the golf course. The master bedroom is spacious enough for the family to hang out in and the 2nd bedroom is nice enough to accommodate the kids or the rest of the gang. High-speed cable powered wireless Internet. Unlimited long distance calling and faxing.

Area Description

The area includes golfing, close to arrival points, including airports, train stations, highways, and convenient to Disney, Universal, Sea World, Downtown, and the Beaches.

The rental property offered a very comfortable stay away from home. Easy access to the pool and fitness facilities provides perks for children and adults. The owner was available and ready to answer any any questions. It all made for a truly wonderful vacation experience. We'll definitlely be visiting again.

Thanks much for giving us a place to rest our heads peacefully while in town for a seminar in Maitland. Glad to be 10 minutes from the airport because we got in quite late. Our seminar was about a 30-40 minute drive away, but the drive was not bad, and we had much better space than our friends staying at the Sheraton. THANKS

We stayed at this lovely condo for just over a week. The owner was very helpful in responding to our needs and not only was the location of the condo convenient, our family and I enjoyed the pool facilities very much. It made our visit to Orlando that much more enjoyable.
