Parkway only 5 minutes away from SEA WORLD, 10 minutes away from UNIVERSAL STUDIOS,ISLAND OF AVENTURE,DISNEY WORLD AND ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. Close to everything you need and everything you want. Centrally located you are just a short drive to many golf courses, downtown and the area's shopping, restaurants and popular entertainment attractions.

The minor details got past to enjoy the stay. you would think the amount of fees that are for up keep and club fees that they would be open longer. It is a shame that the people that are out and about have to stay home to enjoy the great benefits that are offered in the web that is posted. Minor details like sour sponge, dust and bug on top refrigerator, air conditioner set at 67, fan rattled, food debris behind the sponge holder in kitchen sink, one light bulb in lamps, and couldn,t adjust ceiling fans, and garabage disposal rattle like a piece of glass down in it. I,m sure glad we stayed in the well secured well maintained facility which we had alot of fun.
We stayed for 6 nights. It was a great deal at about 1/2 what the other places charged. Condo was immaculate with all the amenities and less than 10 minutes to Seaworld. Jose was great responding to any questions we had. (Always ansewered his cell.) At first blush this condominium appears to be like all the rest in the area, but a closer look reveals this is in a working class condominium complex. You don't see the Lincoln Continentals and Mercedes in the this complex, nor the older retirees strolling about. They go for the more expensive complexes. So, this may not be for everyone. Both pools were clean, and an extensive staff was constantly about cleaning the grounds. Overall a great deal for your dollar!
