Description of the Orlando vacation condo rental

Set on Lake Davenport, the resort has access to a sandy beach, fishing dock and a boat ramp. The picturesque view can be enjoyed from the balcony of the newest restaurant on-site serving a variety of cuisines and an outdoor bar and seating facility for the perfect evening setting.

With a choice of 4 heated pools, each with its own whirlpool spa, it gives guests the perfect opportunity to relax after experiencing all the excitement of Orlando. Spotted among the lush tropical landscapes are nature trails for those early morning jogs as well as a variety of facilities for tennis, basketball and volleyball.

In addition, there is a 17,000 sq. ft resort Clubhouse and fully equipped Recreation Centre with a fitness centre, equipped Men 's and Women 's locker rooms, Sauna and shower facilities, Snack Bar, Pub/Lounge, Children 's Games Room, Mini cinema theatre, Conference Facilities and Business Centre and a fantastic Health Spa offering over 60 special treatments.

Our Resort sits in a world of its own offering facilities worthy of a first class resort. Its Caribbean style buildings, lush landscaping and breathtaking views over Lake Davenport will make it impossible to leave.

Resort Features
Our Condo is fully furnished and sleeps up to 8 guests. There are 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom has queen size bed, large closets and master bath. Second bedroom has l queen size bed and walk in closet. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds and large closets. Large living room with pull out sofa which sleeps 2 people. Fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher & microwave). Seperate dining area seats four and two additional bar stools for island area. There are (2) TVs, DVD player, mini-stereo, washing machine and dryer. Linen towels. You also have (2) private balconies overlooking the poolside and lake area. Electronic safe. 2 small private patio areas with table and chairs.

Awesome Condo/Beautiful Resort, December 3, 2008

This was our family's fourth trip to Florida and our best trip. This was the first year that we did not stay in a hotel, but rented a condo. We decided to check on the internet and rent straight from an owner. We were skeptical, but decided to give it a try. We are so thankful we did. This condo is beautiful, clean and in a great location. Not to mention less expensive than hotel rentals. We also liked that it was secluded - but within 10 minutes you could be at the parks, shopping, etc. The owner, Val, is very easy to get in touch with and was true to his word. We sent our deposit and received confirmation within a few days. It was the easiest time we have had finding lodging on a trip. I look forward to returning to Florida and staying in this same condo. P.S. This particular unit is in the best spot on the resort - next to the pool, beach, and lake area - not to mention a restuarant. They have great service and good food too!

A great place for the money, September 22, 2008

I would highly recommend renting a condo at Bahama Bay resort. It is SO much better (and cheaper!) than renting a hotel room. The condo is very spacious and modern. We loved the fact there was a washer and Dryer. We could have packed half the clothes we did! Plus we went home with clean clothes and not all dirty ones, unpacking was a dream. This condo was located right next to one of the 4 heated pools and the beach area, so it was very convenient. We had to drive a short distance if we wanted the kiddy pool or club house. The only negative which was due to timing was there wasn't many people so consequently the pool side grills were not open all the time. But if you don't like crowds Sept. is the perfect time!! The owner of this unit was EXTREMELY accessible and accommodating. I mentioned low water pressure in the shower and the next day it was corrected! Terrific!
