Description of the Orlando vacation condo rental

Stay in this comfortable golf course view condo. The condo is very close to the clubhouse where you can eat in the restaurant (open all day), have a cocktail at the 19th Hole, watch sports on the TV’s or go for a swim in the Olympic size pool. This resort community has its own 18 hole championship golf course with preferred rates for owners and their guests. For your security the community is gated and patrolled 24 hours a day by security guards. The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a split floor plan. The condo sleeps 5 persons (1 queen bed, 1 fullbed and queen sofa sleeper). There is a full kitchen including a ceramic top range and a washer/dryer. All linens and crockery provided. We do not permit smoking inside the condo but there is a where you may smoke. Just steps from your front door is the heated (winter) pool and an Olympic size pool at the clubhouse. There is also a fitness room (fees) at the clubhouse as well as lighted tennis and basketball courts. Ventura is located very conveniently for all major highways to get you to the attractions or the closest beach which is less than an hour away. Within 2-3 minutes of the condo there are numerous restaurants, shops, grocery stores, gas stations – and the airport is just 5 miles away. Condo has Hi Speed broadband Internet connection for your use - don't forget your laptop! All long distance calls are FREE! Our greens fees are really special! The condo right next door is also available.

Area Description

Ventura is a 500 acre resort community located in S E Orlando close to the airport, 6 miles from downtown Orlando and 6 miles from Winter Park. The attractions are easy to get to from the major highways in the vicinity. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the local neighborhood.
