Description of the Orlando vacation condo rental

Condo suite for rent by owner, located on the famous International Drive,Orlando, FL. "THE ENCLAVE HOTEL & SUITES," on 7th floor, is neatly maintained. There is a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, closet,1 queen size bed, 1 sofa bed, kitchen table with chairs, cable TV, wireless internet, beautiful view from the balcony to lake side. The laundry facility is located on the 4th floor. Elevators, restaurant, two swimming pools: one outdoor and one indoor, open 24 hours, swimming pools with heated pool beside indoor one, tennis court,and exercise room is/are included.

Minimum age to rent is 21 years old. No pets and non-smoking unit.

Area Information

Very lively area, almost walking distance to Universal Studios, water slide park, a few miles away from Disney World and Sea World, many good restaurants,15 minute drive to Orlando international airport, drivable distance to Bush garden in Tampa, and close to Conventional Center and mini golf in the area.

A VERY PLEASING PLACE TO STAY

April 29, 2013

We stayed in this property for two weeks and we were very happy. The accommodtion is provided with all the items/facelities required for a comfortable stay. The private balcony is very spacious and view of the lake , swimming pool and other suurroundings was very pleasing and refreshing. The place is very close to convenient stores, resturants and other amusment centers. We enjoyed all the amenties provided by hotel at a very much affordable rent. The owner of the property is very cooperative , helpful and of a pleasing nature. We have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to our family , friends any other visitors and would like to stay there in our future visits to Orlando.

The hotel was in a great location near a lot of activities and close to Universal and Wet N' Wild. The 24 hour pool/hot tub was really nice and the outdoor pool was great. The hotel is becoming a little older and only one elevator was working. It wouldn't have been a big deal but the room was on the 7th floor. Overall the furnished room with the kitchen was great. It was perfect for the two of us. We were able to cook in the room and save some money. The view out the back was great and the balcony was very enjoyable. Overall, I would probably stay here again next time I'm in Orlando!

Near to all main attractions

We stayed here for week and had a great time. All main attractions are near. The apartment is clean and looks well maintained. The apartment is big enough for 2 persons and it has a surprisingly big terrace with a nice view on the theme parks. The kitchen is rather small but it is no problem to cook straightforward dinners. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The only (very) small negative thing I could bring up is the wifi being a bit unreliable. I would definitely recommend it.

Great place to stay for a family of 3

January 21, 2013

We stayed here for one week with my 2.5 year old daughter and we had a great time. The location is very convenient and close to evertything. It is only 15 minutes drive to all Disney Parks and It is walking distance to TGI Fridays, Chilllis, McDonald, Indian and Chinese Buffet resteraunts. Walmart is also just a 5 minutes drive. The room is good size for a family of 3. The best is the balcony with great lake view. Kitchen is small buy enough to make a nice breakfast and cook some easy dinner if you want to. There is also laundry facility in the hotel and you just need to bring your own laundry detergent. The indoor pool is nice and warm and we have used it when the weather is a little bit cool outside. The owner Loabat is very nice and helpful, she has provided lots of information to us since it is our first visit to Oralndo. We will definatley come back again!

We had a nice and pleasant stay at your condo. The kids enjoyed the great view from the balcony. We loved both the indoor and outdoor pool and had a blast. I will highly recommend this unit to my friends and colleagues.
