Description of the Orlando vacation home rental

This nicely decorated and very comfortable vacation home is located in Chatham Park, a SECURITY COMMUNITY of private villas. This one story home sleeps 6 to 8 people, has 3/4 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms with full linens, towels, and hair dryer provided. Enjoy having your own private screened enclosed swimming pool. The spacious master bedroom suite has a King or Queen size bed, bath ensuite. The other bedrooms have either a queen, or a full size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen which includes all cooking utensils, with full size appliances, microwave oven, refrigerator with ice maker, electric coffee pot, and electric tea kettle.

Chatham Park IS A TWENTY MINUTE DRIVE FROM THE ORLANDO AIRPORT DOWN THE 417 and is located a half mile off of Route 192, and Mile Marker 13. Route 192 offers an endless choice of restaurants including Outbacks, Ruby Tuesdays, and TG Fridays. You will also find many factory outlet stores, and 'shop til you drop' in one of our fine shopping malls. For groceries and miscellaneous items, try OUR NEW WALLMART SUPERCENTER, or the very new SUPER TARGET. There is always something here for the children including a McDonalds with Playland on the corner, and Old Town which offers ferris wheel rides, and go-carting.

Falcon Fire is a choice Golf Course, 10 minutes away from Chatham Park.

The golden sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are only a two hour drive away.

A fantastic home

My daughter and I stayed at this beautiful villa for 5 nights we were so happy with everything in there it had all the comforts from home plus more. Couldn't ask for anything better. I know when we visit again it will be our 1st choice to stay there.Vera always answered our questions promptly. Thanks again Vera for everything. Shooting again for next year

Great Home away from Home

My Family and I stayed in this house while on our Disney Vacation this past August. We are a family of five and it was perfect! We were able to have all the comforts of home and lots of space to enjoy our time in the Orlando Area. It was great to come back from a long hot day at the Disney Parks, and get right into a PRIVATE pool. My Family and I will not vacation any other way. I would recommend any family to stay at this home, it is perfect for all sizes. The location is great for all you have planned while in town.

We very much enjoyed our stay at 2701 Chatham! The house was clean and well equipped for all five of us. The pool was relaxing and warm. We used it every day! We were able to save some money by having some meals at the house rather than in the parks. And the Chatham neighborhood is close to where my parents live so visiting with them was convenient. First of all , we enjoyed the stay to the fullest in Kissimmee few couple of weeks ago .Home was really furnished and luxurious & my family has a gala time near the pool area .
