This sensational Meditteranean style 4 bedroom 3 bath pool and jacuzzi home is located in the highly desirable High Grove Community. Stay in a gated community located just 6 miles to Disney! This beautifully decorated home has an upgraded furniture package, private enclosed pool & spa with pool furniture and alarmed pool doors for added child safety. There is also garage parking for two cars.
There is a community clubhouse, pool, spa, and kids park. In the clubhouse Internet is provided.
You and your guests will be very happy if you decide to rent our home!

Area Description

Only 6 miles from Disney (10 mins drive), Ideally locacted at the intersection of Highway 192 and Highway 27. Just minutes from Publix Hypermarket, Wal-mart, local shops, golfing and barsand restaurants.

  • Required Stay: 4-7 nt min. 3 nts 21 days or less before check in
     
  • Lodging Tax: 12%
     
  • Deposits: $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required on all reservations. Deposit is due within 14 days of making a reservation. Unless you reserved the home with a credit card, reservation will not be confirmed until first payment is received. Reservation confirmation will be emailed to you after receipt of your completed reservation form. A higher deposit may be required for longer stays exceeding 2 weeks.
     
  • Other Fees: Payments made by credit card will incur a 4% fee in addition to the rental cost. Pool/jacuzzi heat is an additional $25 + tax per night. Any stay less than 6 nights will have a $90 cleaning fee.

Overall the home was very nice and in good condition. Definitely not enough towels for pool and shower, we had to wash towels every night.

My family and I recently stayed at High Grove for our vacation to Disney World. What a wonderful experience we had! It was so nice to have a "home" to come back to after a long day at the parks. It was great to have your own pool to enjoy. The location was perfect for enjoying the parks as it was literally 10 minutes away. I highly recommend spending your vacation here and have passed on the web site to amny friends and family.
We were impressed with the vacation home at High Grove. The house was equipped with everything that was needed. The whole process of reservation, payment and check in and out was very simple and painless. Melodie was very nice and helpful. This was the best vacation. We had a wonderful time there. I will recommend to all my friends and family, I will contact you again for our next trip to Florida
Our family has been coming to Florida for years and all I can say is that on July 28th thru August 5th 2006 our vacation forever changed the place we stay there.This house was amazing! The kids loved the pool & the adults loved the jucuzzi. Shopping & main attractions within minutes. Everything you need is there & the house is so clean.The neighbors were so friendly. I could go on and on.....The house is well worth the money and this will be our permanent vacation home (smile).
