This beautifully decorated home has an upgraded furniture package, private enclosed pool & spa with pool furniture and alarmed pool doors for added child safety.
With 2400 square feet of living, this home has one king master suite with private bath. Bedroom two has a king bed. Bedroom 3 has a full size bed, there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room,a Playstation 2, and 5 Disc CD player. There is a game room in the garage which has an 8 foot professional quality billiard table by Legacy and TurboAire II Hockey Table. This home also has unlimited long distance throughout the United States & high speed wireless internet access.
There is a clubhouse in the neighborhood. It has a community pool and spa, game room, treadmill, internet access, sports lounge and kids park.

All stays under 6 nights will have a $90 cleaning fee added to the rental rate. Stay 6 nights and the fee is waived.
Payments made by credit card will incur a 4% fee.
