Cane Island is a luxurious vacation community located less than 4 miles to the magical world of Disney and minutes to Universal, Sea World and the many water parks in the area. Central Florida is also home to some of the top golf courses in the country and many are within a 10 minute radius of Cane Island. Our prime location lends itself to the premier shopping corridor including the famed Millennia, top restaurants and we are less than two miles to the world renowned town of Celebration inspired by Disney. The resort is a pristine gated community with a beautifully decorated 3,700 sq ft. clubhouse, state of the art fitness center, sauna, game room, full service kitchen and social room. The amenity center also hosts a covered spa, large sparkling pool & sun deck all of which overlook a pond with lighted fountain. Each luxurious unit includes a complete state of the art appliance package (full size washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, glass top range & dishwasher). There are numerous upgrades including granite countertops in the kitchen and baths, raised panel cherry cabinets, luxurious ceramic tile and lots of windows to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine and water views. Each home has a covered porch to relax outdoors after a busy day at the Parks.

• Other Fees: All stays under 6 nights will have a $90 cleaning fee added to the rental rate. Stay 6 nights ans the fee is waived. All credit card payments will incur a 4% fee.

We recently stayed 4 nights over Thanksgiving in High Grove. The house was outstanding... our kids loved the pool and game room, we loved the great condition of the home and the excellent location near Disney. We have been recommending it to everyone and we're looking forward to our next trip to Orlando.
