This beautifully decorated home has an upgraded furniture package, private enclosed pool with pool furniture and alarmed pool doors for added child safety.
With 2400 square feet of living, this home has one king master suite with private bath. Bedroom two has a king bed. Bedroom 3 and 4 have two twin beds each, there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room,a Playstation 2, and 4 TV's. There is a game room in the garage which has an 8 foot professional quality billiard table by Legacy and TurboAire II Hockey Table. This home also has unlimited long distance throughout the United States & high speed wireless internet access.
There is a clubhouse in the neighborhood. It has a community pool and spa, game room, treadmill, internet access, sports lounge and kids park.

  • Required Stay: low seaon 3 nights, mid season 5 nights, high and holiday season 7 nights
     
  • Lodging Tax: 12%
     
  • Deposits: $200.00 non-refundable payment / deposit is required on all reservations. Deposit is due within 14 days of making a reservation. A Credit card is required on all reservations as a security precaution.
     
  • Other Fees: Pool heat is an additional $25 plus tax per night. All stays under 6 nights will have a $90 cleaning fee added to the rental rate. Stay 6 nights ans the fee is waived. All credit card payments will incur a 4% fee.

We recently stayed 4 nights over Thanksgiving in High Grove. The house was outstanding... our kids loved the pool and game room, we loved the great condition of the home and the excellent location near Disney. We have been recommending it to everyone and we're looking forward to our next trip to Orlando.

Our family has been coming to Florida for years and all I can say is that on July 28th thru August 5th 2006 our vacation forever changed the place we stay there.This house was amazing! The kids loved the pool & the adults loved the jucuzzi. Shopping & main attractions within minutes. Everything you need is there & the house is so clean.The neighbors were so friendly. I could go on and on.....The house is well worth the money and this will be our permanent vacation home (smile).

We were impressed with the vacation home at High Grove. The house was equipped with everything that was needed. The whole process of reservation, payment and check in and out was very simple and painless. Melodie was very nice and helpful. This was the best vacation. We had a wonderful time there. I will recommend to all my friends and family, I will contact you again for our next trip to Florida 8)
The 5 bed 3.5bath located in High Grove was very clean and spacious. It provided us with everything we needed during our stay. It took approximately 10 minutes to drive to Disney World. There was a Publix (a large supermarket) close to home. Also, the service was great. Melodie answered all my questions in 1 day max. We will rent from Head For Orlando the next time we go to Orlando.
My family and I recently stayed at High Grove for our vacation to Disney World. What a wonderful experience we had! It was so nice to have a "home" to come back to after a long day at the parks. It was great to have your own pool to enjoy. The location was perfect for enjoying the parks as it was literally 10 minutes away. I highly recommend spending your vacation here and have passed on the web site to amny friends and family.
When we arrived the house looked wonderful, it was very well maintained and VERY clean! Melodie was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process. We loved our stay and would definitely reserve at one of the "headfororlando" homes again on our next orlando vacation.

This was by far the best vacation my family and I have been on ever, largely due to the accommodations and price/value. I will certainly be spreading the news that hotel's are out, home rental in to those heading for Orlando Area. Great accommodations, the children loved the private pool and game room. Very nice location. Service was top level and you delivered on every promise.
