Description of the Orlando vacation home rental

This 4 bedroom, 3 bath, vacation pool home is located in the beautiful and peaceful community of Highlands Reserve. The neighborhood is located close Disney in an area of newer developments. The pool with it's southern exposure is a hit year round. High speed internet connection to keep you in touch with e-mail and/or work if necessary.

The home is comfortably furnished for your enjoyment and fully equipped, just as you would set up your own vacation home. The master suite has a king bed, private bath, with oversized tub and separate shower. The second bedroom with a double bed is ideal for a second couple, grandma and grandpa, or older children. The two remaining bedrooms have twin beds. The sofa in the living room is also a hide-a-bed, so the home can sleep up to a total of ten. There is a TV in every bedroom as well as the living room.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances and utensils necessary to meet all of your needs. If you prefer to grill out, there is a gas grill in the pool area. All linens and towels are provided. There is a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience which really comes in handy, especially on those longer vacations. Free local and long distance phone calls.

The pool, on the southside of the house, allows for you the maximum hours of enjoyment. You will have sun from the moment of sunrise, until the last rays at sunset while grilling your steaks on the patio. While this is a benefit year round, it is especially important during the cooler months of November through February. Unless there is a cloud, you will never have a shadow on your pool.

Highlands Reserve is built around the par 72 Highlands Reserve Golf Course. It is a new, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. In addition to your private pool, there is a larger neighborhood pool, tennis courts and the golf club house is just two blocks away.

You have everything you need here for a relaxing Orlando vacation. It is less than 10 minutes to Disney and a little further to Sea World and Universal Studios. It's an hour and a half to either coast, Tampa, Busch Gardens, Cocoa Beach, and the Kennedy Space Center.

Home is located in Highlands Reserve. HR is on Highway 27, just 2.5 mles south of 192. We are 6 miles from the brand newwest entrance to Disney and about 10 miles from "the main gate".
Built around the Highlands Reserve Golf Course it is a relaxing quiet community with a good mix of vacation rentals and permanent residents. Groceries and several small resturants adjacent to the developement. Numerous resturants, stores and tourists shops located along the 192 corridor.

• Other Fees: Cleaning fee $80. Weekly rates are good for Saturday to Saturday stays when available. Cleaning fee of $80 is added to weekly rates. For stays based on a daily rate, the cleaning fee of $80 is waived for stays of 7 days or longer. Optional pool heat, recommended October thru April, $20/day. A gas BBQ grill can be delivered, and set up for a $35 service and cleaning fee for any stay up to a week, $7 per thereafter.
