Description of the Orlando vacation home rental

Situated on the community of Silver Creek in Clermont, just a short 8 miles away from Walt Disney World, located on US Highway 27, One mile from US Highway 192 with GREAT restaurants, theme parks, and shopping center.

The screened lanai with super sized private-facing pool (30' X 15') and spa surrounded by mature trees in the backyard with Grill BBQ and game room are a great place to unwind at the end of a busy day.

This home was custom decorated by the owners. Furnished to a high standard, it features five bedrooms with double master suites, 1 king bed,2 Queen Beds, 4 Twin Beds, 1 Sofa Bed. All bedrooms have linen, towels, hangers, and blankets. You can find extra linen, blankets, and towels in the hallway closet.

All beddings were recently purchased in late 2007 and with supreme quality.

Laundry facilities (a washer & separate dryer) can be found in the utility area at the back of the garage. Baby Equipment is available at no extra charge.

The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge/freezer with ice-maker, range cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher.

The villa also offers 3 Cable TVs, 1 DVD and 1 VCR Player, advanced Game cube; High speed internet access is free for guests to use.

Comment: We rented this villa for four adults and three children. The house was the perfect size for us with plenty of room to spread out, really, bigger than we needed, but nice to have the extra room. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable and everything worked great. The pictures are accurate and clearly depict the home in its current state. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and very close to Disney and other parks as well as plenty of places to dine and purchase groceries. I would definitely recommend this rental to others.

The house was like it was presented on the web. There were 10 of us (6 adults and 4 kids, ages 2, 4, 11, 13) who stayed over the Christmas holiday. We really had a great time in the house. The open floor plan worked so well for us and the pool was used a lot. We were able to sit all of us at the dining room table (also used the provided high chair) which was important to us. We did not have to line up for the bathrooms! The broad band was appreciated. We also liked having the washer and dryer. If we were to decide to go to Orlando area again, we would rent this house. Mr. Chen was very helpful and easy to work with in the rental process.

My family and I stayed in this house for 10 days. It was just wonderful. The house is as described in the pictures, it was very clean and very well taken care off. I highly recommend anyone with a family to rent this house. Instructions were received promply and Mr. Chen was very attentive and helpful with my inquiries. We loved it so much that we all want to move down to Florida.

The 192 is only minutes by car where you will find plenty of restaurants and bars, plus more supermarkets, gift shops, electrical shops etc. We have a professional and dedicated manager who strives to make our home a comfortable and affordable alternative for your Walt Disney World vacation.

Me and my family stayed at this house, and everything was perfect, as described, clean and comfortable. I will send more people to this vacation home rental. We just recently stayed in the Blue Villa for 5 nights. We loved the house and location. The only thing that was unpleasant was the pool heat. We paid $100 extra dollars for heat that did not work efficiently. The hot tub was a luke warm tub. Our overall stay was great though. Thanks.

My only disappointment was the small pool table, which I got over quickly. I would definitely recommend this rental to others.
