Comment: I would recommend this beautiful home for anyone looking to rent near the Disney, Universal Studios, And Sea World area, or if you just looking to get away to the Orlando area. Our family had the greatest time. The property was easy to get to, close to every place we wanted to visit, close to stores, and had all the amentities you could ask for.

The house was like it was presented on the web. There were 10 of us (6 adults and 4 kids, ages 2, 4, 11, 13) who stayed over the Christmas holiday. We really had a great time in the house. The open floor plan worked so well for us and the pool was used a lot. We were able to sit all of us at the dining room table (also used the provided high chair) which was important to us. We did not have to line up for the bathrooms! The broad band was appreciated. We also liked having the washer and dryer. If we were to decide to go to Orlando area again, we would rent this house. Mr. Chen was very helpful and easy to work with in the rental process.

All accomodations were as listed on the web. Plenty of room for our families. The pool water was clean. Nice towels and linens on beds. Plastic covering mattresses squeaked when moving in bed. This house is beautiful and is in a great location. Our family spent spring break 2012 here and had an awesome time. Our boys spent every day in the pool and their swimming greatly improved. There is grocery shops to the north and all tourist shops to the south. Disney is about a 20 minute drive which means more time at the park with an easy drive back. The home is beautifully furnished with leather couches . The kitchen is large with lots of storage. This house makes for an awesome vacation but I want next spring break!!

The home was as expected, pool was a bit cool, would consider paying more to have it heated to a higher temperature. Shower curtain was dirty and towels were clean but ragged. Other than that everything was fine. Good location to stores and 15-20 minutes to Disney and Universal. Directions to property were great.

This charming 5 bedroom, 3 bath house was perfect for our vacation. It was a peaceful getaway from the craziness of the area. It gave us easy access to Disney World and other attractions like Gatorland. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. It provided all the amenties you could ask for.

Overall, the room sizes and space available for 7 guests was very good. There were some minor quirks that we were not happy about such as the dusty head board to the master bed. It appeared that it hadn't been cleaned in months. There was a missing toilet tissue holder in the bathroom to the master bedroom. The sliding glass door that led to the swimming pool was very hard to open and close. And we had a few roaches coming in the house through the garage door. All that aside, we took full advantage of the kitchen and grill to save money on food expenses. We also took full advantage of the swimming pool every evening. We liked the location because it was a short drive to Walmart, Publix and all theme parks. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation. Renting a vacation home is the way to go especially if you have a large number of people.

When we arrived on site of the house there were no air conditioner and we arrived there at 4:30 pm and didnt have air conditioner until 1:00 am in the morning. I called the company Gemini International and they never credited us or even tried to make it up being so sick in a house that was over 98 degrees in the house with a baby and a toddler. The house was nice other than that but that was a sad thing that they never even called us back.

Loved the Blue Villa

We just recently stayed in the Blue Villa for 5 nights. We loved the house and location. The only thing that was unpleasant was the pool heat. We paid $100 extra dollars for heat that did not work efficiently. The hot tub was a luke warm tub. Our overall stay was great though. Thanks.

We rented this villa for four adults and three children. The house was the perfect size for us with plenty of room to spread out, really, bigger than we needed, but nice to have the extra room. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable and everything worked great. The pictures are accurate and clearly depict the home in its current state. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and very close to Disney and other parks as well as plenty of places to dine and purchase groceries. My only disappointment was the small pool table, which I got over quickly. I would definitely recommend this rental to others.

The location was very quiet almost too quiet because most of the homes were rentals that were not being utilized. The property met our sleeping and eating requirements. The property manager was prompt in returning any calls and repairing any issues.
