Description of the Orlando vacation home rental

LAZY BONES VILLA is our personal, private vacation home. Being equipped with every amenity to make you feel at home, you'll have comfort, luxury, privacy, space and value - things you won't experience in a cramped hotel room!

Lazy Bones is ideally situated for enjoying central Florida. It is a short 10 to 20 minute drive to Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom & DisneyQuest Theme Parks; Universal Studios & Universal Studios Isands of Adventure; Sea World; Discovery Cove; and too many other attractions to list. Several championship golf courses including those at Champions Gate, Reunion, Orange Lake, Disney World, and Mystic Dunes are close by.

The area is a shopper's paradise. Shopping at Macy's, Bloomingdales and other high end stores can be experienced at the Mall of Millenia, a 20-30 minute drive. Outlet shopping is close by at Orlando Premimum Outlet Mall, Beltz Factory Outlet Mall, as well as Wal-Mart & Target Super Centers. The many malls, outlet stores, thrift stores, consignment stores, super centers, and flea markets are all only 5-30 minutes by car. Several grocery stores are within a three-mile radius of the villa and a Wal-Greens Pharmacy open 24/7 less than five minutes away.

The Atlantic Ocean & Gulf of Mexico beaches & Kennedy Space Center are only a 45-60 minute drive.

Lazy Bones Villa is situated in the Formosa Gardens area just off Hwy 192 in the Lindfields Estates, one of the more established developments so construction detours and time delays are not a problem as is often the case in newer developments and in areas undergoing expansion. It is on a corner lot, has a private pool, and a large garden. Our streets have lights all along the sidewalks throughout the neighborhood.

Our Florida vacation rental home is quoted as a single, all inclusive price-not per person.

LOW SEASON:$833,1st wk(119 per night); $553,2nd wk(79 per night); and $353,3rd wk ($51 per night)!
(Sep/Nov/Dec/Jan)-Five night minimum.

MID SEASON:$973,1st wk(139 per night); $693,2nd wk(99); and $353,3rd wk ($51 per night)!
(Feb/May/Aug/Oct)-Five night minimum.

HIGH SEASON:$1,043, 1st wk(149 per night); $763, 2nd wk(109 per night); and $353, 3rd wk ($51 per night)!
(Mar/Apr/Jun/Jul)-Five night minimum.

REFUNDABLE Booking/Security deposit required.

New Year's, Easter, Thanksgiving, & Christmas: $1,113 per wk-Seven night minimum.

POOL HEAT: $15 per night; $100 per week; $300 per month, required November through April.

Families, groups, newlyweds, retired couples, snowbirds, anyone who wants luxury, privacy, and convenience are welcome at the Lazy Bones Villa.

Lazy Bones Villa is situated in the Formosa Gardens area within a five minute drive to many sit-down and fast food restaurants, grocery stores, medical clinic, even a 24 hour pharmacy and a just opened fantastic miniature golf course.
Several championship golf courses are within 10 minutes of the villa, including Champions Gate. Disney World is also within 10 minutes of the villa.

Basically, all of the attractions in and around the Orlando area are no more than 30 minutes by car. Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Center, the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico are from 45-60 minutes drive. If you enjoy shopping, the area is a shopper's paradise. Within 30 minutes, you can find high-end stores, outlet stores, flea markets, and super centers galore. One super center (opened last year) is less than four miles away.

Early arrival or late departure requests will be granted when possible. Booking request dates placed on timely provisional hold pending receipt of Agreement & deposit

We stayed in Lazy Bones Villa in August 08. It was our best villa stay ever! The location was perfect for the theme parks , and it was the quieter side of Lindfields, (turning left at the top of Funie Steed Road). The shops and restaurants of the 192 were only five minutes drive. The villa itself was outstanding! It was huge, sparkling clean, and was furnished tastefully and comfortably. There were lots of little extras - as a British holiday maker, I was pleased to find a teapot! The hot tub was wonderful; it was a great way to relax at the end of a long day in the parks. The pool was large and the pool area was clean and tidy, and big enough to accommodate plenty of furniture for outdoor dining and sunbathing...in fact we spent some days just lazing around the villa, pool and hot tub rather than rushing around the parks. Bad weather? Not a problem - the villa has the biggest tv I have ever seen, with loads of channels and dvds available, and there were a couple of X boxes  more...
