surroundings of Thousand Oaks. "Unforgettable" is
commended for its peaceful tranquil surroundings,
the perfect vacation spot due to these
characteristics, but also due to it`s proximity to all
the major World famous Orlando attractions as well as great beaches within easy driving distance.Championship Golf within ninutes.

Breathtakingly Beautiful Vacation home, immaculatley maintained. Offering 4 delightful bedrooms, two being Master Suites with ensuite bathrooms. "Unforgettable" sleeps up to 8 guests, offering 3.5 bathrooms, two of which can be used poolside.

Unique home with many fine features, a home which
truly shines with the most discerning of clientele, stunning!!! Entry into the home is through
decorative wrought iron gates onto the "Breathtakingly
Beautiful" pool deck. One of a kind!!! Please dont forget the tranquil picturesque 40 acre natural Lake to the rear of "Unforgettable". A unique home for a unique guest.

Pool deck like no other offering privacy and
seclusion, no rear or side neighbours looking into
your private optionally heated pool. Feature tiled panels adorn the walls, travartine floor deck, calming gentle waterfalls cascade into the illustrious pool, setting the tone for this serene, relaxing haven. The whole home wraps around the exquisite pool deck, allowing direct pool access from the Great Room, Kitchen and three of the four bedrooms. Two of the bathrooms may be used pool side.

Imagine yourself sat around the patio table browsing
through your what to do in Orlando guide books, planning your next fun filled day. Enjoy the golden rays of the Florida sun while relaxing on one of the sun loungers with a good book and a long cool glass of something. Bliss!!!

Master Retreat:

Elegantly presented offering King size very comfortable bed with quality bed linens. This room boasts two sets of glass sliders, enjoying lake views and access through one
set, pool view and access from the second set. Great
attention to detail has been applied throughout the
home, this room is devine. Many upgrades including, feature
tiled base boards, tiled rope edging around door frames,
coordinated floor tiles continued into en suite bathroom.
Seating area, alarm clock, telephone, flat screen Cable TV, silent & wobble free ceiling fan with lights, huge walk in closet. Piped music through the intercom system.A Calm relaxing haven!!

Master Bathroom:

Coordinated floor and wall tiles. Feature tiled vanity
with his & hers hand basins, mirrror with lighting above, center ceiling light. Huge sunken bathtub with two seats. Separate shower unit, etched glass door allowing direct access onto the illustrious pool deck.
Selection of towels and a hairdryer are provided, just
bring your toothbrush!!!

Guest Suite:

A great asset, so private and beautifully presented.
Planning on bringing mum or mother-in-law along;
this suite is perfect, allowing total privacy to be enjoyed by all? The suite is seperate from the main home, accessed from the pool area. Previous guests have loved the total privacy this suite offers, a sanctury for the grandparents to escape to. Calm, relaxing and inviting, glass sliders open onto the breathtaking pool deck, window overlooking the garden to the front of the home. A very comfortable queen size bed, quality bed linen, ceiling fan with lights, alarm clock, LCD TV/DVD, table lamps. Seating area with sofa and matching coffee & side tables.

Guest en-suite:

Offering large walk in shower, tiled vanity unit with
mirror and lights above, feature tiled walls, toilet,
etched glass door leading onto the pool deck. Towels
and hairdryers are provided in all bathrooms.

Twin bedroom (1)

Tastefully furnished and presented. A twin room with a pool view and access through the glass sliders. Matching beautiful twin beds with pillow top mattresses, with quality bed linens. Soaring ceiling, huge walk-in-closet,cable TV/Combo, plant shelf, piped music through the intercom system, ceiling fan with lights in addition to the A/C, tiled floor. Direct access into the Jack & Jill Bathroom.This room is suitable for both adults and children.

Both twin bedrooms share the fully tiled
sun-moon-stars, Jack & Jill bathroom. Feature tiled
vanity with mirror and lights above, bath with shower
over, toilet. Hairdryer and towels are provided.

Twin bedroom (2)

Located to the front of the home, with views
overlooking the front garden. Matching twin beds with
pillow top mattresses. Tiled floor, dresser, piped music, Cable TV/Combo, ceiling fan, closet. Suitable for both
adults and children.

Great Room:

Invites relaxation, serene unobstructed views onto the
natural lake usher a calming atmosphere throughout the
home. Elegant furnishing`s with great attention to
detail. Stunning armoire housing television with digital
cable, entertainment system with surround sound,
DVD/VCR player. A selection of board games, DVD/VCR
library, PlayStation 2 are provided for your leisure
time. Two sets of glass sliders, one offering access
and views of the tranquil lake just a few steps to the
rear of our home. The second set opens onto the side
lanai, the perfect spot for a BBQ while watching the
amazing sunsets over the lake to the rear of this
tranquil home.A sofa with matching table and chair
have been placed on the side lanai for your comfort.
Peaceful spot for some wild life spotting, exotic
local birds, bald eagles and osprey can be seen diving
into the lake catching fish. If fishing is for you,
the lake holds many!!


Kitchen:
The heart of many homes, this one is no exception.
Enjoy your meal of the day, or a late night snack sat
around the table, or sitting on one of the bar stools
at either of the two breakfast bar`s. Triple glass
sliders allowing access with great views onto the pool
deck. Open aspect into Great Room, with views of the
serene lake beyond.


They say "all that glitters is not always gold", but
our vacation home is both,a functional jewel full of
comfort, and a exquisite beauty.

ChampionsGate shopping plaza is a 4 minute drive. Publix supermarket to stock up on your everyday grocery`s. Various stores, including a Bank, Drug store, Nail Salon, Hairdressers, Resturants. Even closer.... completed by August 08 a new Publix supermarket. Now open!!!

My wife, 2 daughters, and 2 mothers stayed at "Unforgettable" in June, 2008. We were thoroughly impressed by the decor and enjoyed immensely communicating with Lizbeth, the owner. Once we got used to the roads, getting back and forth to Disney was easy, and the local shopping was very convenient. If we ever travel to Orlando again, we will be looking Lizbeth up, and I recommend this home to anyone staying in the area.

What a find! The house was thoughtfully appointed with great attention to detail. The layout was ideal for those with children w/ multiple entries to the pool and a serene view of the lake. Lizbeth was incredibly thoughtful and accomodating. The vacation binder was well done. We visited three of the beaches listed. My children adored the snack basket. The secluded pool was a relaxing oasis after long days at Disney! I would definitely recommend this home!

This vacation home is truly "unforgettable"! There were 8 of us staying for 8 nights. There was plenty of room for us to all have our own space, as well as a large homey kitchen where we all could comfortably come together for meals and games. It has a beautiful mother-in-law suite that made for a nice getaway. Lizbeth has thought of everything to make your vacation wonderful and relaxing. She provided a stroller and pack-n-play for us to use while we where there, as well as plenty of beach towels, and an beautiful welcome basket. Everything was absolutly perfect! I am already looking forward to our next stay at this "unforgettable" house! Trust me when I say you will not be dissapointed!

My wife and I spent 3 days in this beautiful home while vacationing in Orlando. We spent two days at Disney (a short 15-20 minute drive away) and one day just lounging around the house - sitting in the sun and using the beautiful heated pool. This was clearly our best day! The house is really beautiful; spacious with elegant and comfortable decorating. The pool and enclosed deck are awesome. Hospitality was excellent - we were so pleasantly surprised to see milk and juice in the fridge upon our arrival! Lizbeth is a pleasure to deal with - accommodating and looking for ways to make our trip enjoyable. We would highly recommend this home for a couple who wants some private space or for a family vacation - there were even toys for kids in one of the twin bedrooms! (the separate guest house with a queen bed is great for a second couple as well - giving everybody some privacy). You won't be disappointed!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful home for 8 days. We had a fantastic time and have many wonderful memories!! The house is close to a pristine shopping plaza that has everything you need. Outlet Malls, restuarants, theme parks and anything you could possibly want from Orlando are within a reasonable driving distance. The house has everything you could want and is beautifully decorated. My favorite part was the enclosed and totally private swimming pool with three water fountains (although the views of the Lake behind the house were a close second). I highly recommend this property for a perfect get-away. The owner of this house was very pleasant to deal with and we look forward to going back. Sincerely, Ariana & Chris
