5 Miles to Disney ~ Free Pool Heat!!! ~ AFFORDABLE (#32938)

Write a review Great place to bring your family! Very relaxing and well set up. You simply can't beat it for the money! I can't recommend this place enough. We rented this home at such a reasonable price and loved every minute here on our vacation. I didn't want to come home. The pictures are very accurate and the Garmin was fantastic I had never used a GPS before and after that I think I may have to purchase one. So easy to get to all the parks with the help of the gps. I love when I don't get lost. I didn't expect the beds to be as comfortable as mine at home but wow I got a surprise they are so soft I slept like a newborn baby. I can only suggest a new coffee pot and some storage bowls for leftovers. Thank you so much Tina Great home! as for the pool heat i didn't think it worked but my daughter still swam it was too cold for me. This was a perfect location for our family. The house is exactly as described and beautiful. It was a great place to rest on our off days from Disney. Tina was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We would stay here again! The rental property was clean and comfortable, inviting and relaxing. The space was as depicted (pictures were accurate). Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and neat. The kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils and dishes and suitable storage space. I was impressed with the comfort of the furniture, the cleanliness of the house. All of us enjoyed our stay. And the heated pool (just turned on before we arrived) was delightful. It was nice to sit out in the enclosed space at night and relax. In terms of location, the house was about 20 minutes from the entrance to the Disney parks, but still conveniently located to the parks and to other shopping, and it was easy to access the subdivision and main highways. Overall, our experience was terrific. We stayed here last week and everything was excellent, good location close to everything and all in all my family of 6 were very comfortable here, and this place is very clean. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation. We had a very pleasant stay for a week. The home had everything we needed, a pool table, swimming pool, computer use. We had our own gps, so we didn't use the one provided. The home was close to the theme parks, and was in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was available if we needed anything. Thank you Tina. This was our 1st time renting a house, and we would continue this again. We have a family of 5 and it gave us plenty of room. We loved the pool and pool table. My family and I recently stayed here and we loved it! The house is beautiful! Nice quiet area yet so close to both parks, shopping, etc. We would definitely stay here again! We got to meet Tina...she is so nice! Our kids loved the pool! There are a couple of ponds nearby that the kids really liked exploring. The pool table and air hockey were a big hit. We honestly can't say enough nice things about this place...highly recommended!!! We enjoyed this home and all it's amenities.Particularly the Garmin and the computer. The pool was nice but too cold this time of the year. The homeowners were very helpful. Definitly will be back if family health problems get better. We were completely happy with our stay at Tina & Kasey's. The house was immaculate, the area is peaceful yet close to everything, and it was a pleasure to return there at the end of each busy day. Tina & Kasey are wonderful to work with, and we can't recommend them enough. Our children LOVED the game room, the park, the pool, you name it! There were lots of little things (like trash bags and dish soap) which they had already though of & it was great to not have to purchase those items for the week. It was as close to the comforts of our home as we could possibly get, and still be on vacation! We will definitely be back. My family and I rented the house for a week. The house was very clean and had all the amenities there for our use. The neighbourhood was quiet and close to most of the major attractions. Tina and Kasey were wonderful. I found that renting a house was cheaper than renting a hotel. I would rent from them again Stayed in this home for a week with a few girlfriends and throughly enjoyed it. The home was very clean and well kept with all the amenities needed. After staying here, I will never stay in a hotel room again in Orlando. The owners were great. They called frequently to ensure that we didn't need anything and made checkin and checkout a breeze. Will definately use rent this house again. The pictures on the website do not show how big this house is. We stayed with our three children ages 14, 20 and 23. Having a house this size was great. The house was very clean and there was everything we needed. After spending long days at Disney, we were able to come back and relax. Much better than staying in a hotel room. The pool was very nice. Having the GPS was the best. We used it every day. I would highly recommend this house! We stayed here for a week and it was wonderful. The owners were great to work with, and had things set up for ease and convenience of renters within the house. Very close to Disney, but away from main traffice areas which made access even easier - so nice not to have to fight traffic after a long day at the parks! We loved it and will happily stay there again in the future! 1st off, I have to say thank you to Tina and Kacey! I sent a few request for property quotes and they were not only the 1st to respond, but the only. I have met them both personally and have to say that I will definately be staying here again. It is much easier for me to return to a place when I trust the owners. I cannot say enough good things about them. They have truely proven themselves to me and will be getting more business from us. Now, about the house... the pictures really don't do much justice b/c it IS as nice, if not nicer than it looks from the pics. I also found it really appealing to have a computer w/ internet provided for us in this home. I usually don't like to surf the internet when we are on vacation, but it came in handy when looking for things to do. Also, even though we didn't have the time, the small park/playground is right across the street from this home. I would, and have already recommended this property to others! We had never tried anything like this before, just stayed in overrated and overpriced motels, which can get very expensive for a family, especially when staying for an extended period of time. The location was perfect. We could get in and out on either end of 535 to get to our daughter's home, or the beach, or shopping, or anywhere we needed to be. We were able to find nearby grocery stores, great shopping mall, anything we could possibly need --all with the help of the GPS provided ... thank you :) Our kids loved the pool table and air hockey. We loved the master bedroom, bath, walk-in closet (office and kitchen).Your home is beautiful, well furnished, extremely clean and roomy, yet made us feel right at home. We look forward to being there again really soon. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a delightful surprise in a vacation home away frome home My family and I were very pleasantly surprised by the excellence of this house; it suited our needs perfectly. It is nearly new, impeccably clean and in a very nice neighborhood. The location is excellent as it approaches Downtown Disney from the backside (thus avoiding I4 congestion) via 535 and Buena Vista...this makes for a short (about 6 min) traffic free drive. The owners are great to work with and the house is very well equipped with comforts of home + pool table and air hockey.I heartily recommend this house for anyone wishing a convenient trouble free vacation in a not so user-friendly city.
