This beautiful home is 3 minutes from Winter Park Pines Golf Club and sits in upscale Winter Park in sunny Florida. This is my private home, so it is tastefully decorated to my personal standards with hardwood floors, designer colors, crown moldings throughout and many of the amenities you will not find in a simple vacation home. Most importantly, it will truly give you a sense of being "home away from home".
The large master bedroom is beautifully decorated with French doors leading straight out to your own private pool and spacious landscaped yard. In a lazy day, relax in your bed and enjoy a movie in the flat screen TV. The master bathroom has dual sinks and spacious shower.
Second room with queen size sleeper sofa and separate bathroom leading to the pool area.
Private office room with flat screen computer, high-speed internet (wireless), printer and fax.
Fully equipped-upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances that promise to release the inner chef in you. Formal dinning room perfect for great family meals.
After a wonderful meal, enjoy your coffee or tea by the fireplace. You will probably have no need to light the fire, after all this is Florida, but you can certainly enjoy this tranquil sitting area accompanied by one of the many books from our shelves.
