This brand new luxurious villa has 4 bedrooms/2 en-suite masters, 3 bathrooms and a 30'x15' heatable pool with SPA, sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. New features include: computer with cable high speed internet, pool table abd multi game tables, gas grill BBQ. It is 10 minutes from Disney World, 2 minutes away from Champions Gate golf course and near all the major attractions. It is located on the Sanctuary at West Haven,a gated community.
This luxury vacation home has been furnished throughout by professional to the very highest standards and is beautifully decorated. The house is fully equipped with all the amenities of your own home and with verything we could need ourselves. We even upgraded all the mattresses to guarantee your good night sleep.
There is a screened private heated pool and spa with safty fence for your relaxation. The stunning pool and the extended deck is one of the largest offered by any house-builder in the region. We use a highly recommended Management Company with friendly, 24-hour support for our guests.
This quiet, peaceful and spacious villa can accommodate any family size up to ten (10) people. Guests will enjoy the luxury of two master suites. A wonderful vacation experience awaits you in the privacy or your vacation home. We're sure you would love our vacation home as much as we do.

Our villa is lacated in Sanctuary at West Haven, a gated community. It is an ideal location for all of the top attractions. It is approximately 10 minutes away from Disney World and approximately 25 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport. The Florida shopping mall is just 25 minutes drive and there are other numerous
shopping outlets, all within easy reach. You will be spoiled for choice! This home is located less than 2 minutes away from the Champions Gate Golf Complex with two international standard courses designed by Greg Norman. Within a five minute driving there is a large Publix supermarket and other shopping outlets.

I just wanted to say thank you for letting us use your house for our vacation. It was wonderful. My family & I had a great time. We went to all of the Disney Parks, outlet shopping and swam in the pool daily. The weather was in the 80s all week and it never rained.

Hello. We loved your villa. It was so much better than we even imagined!!! It is a beautiful home! The neighborhood was great, also. None of us wanted to come home! That was our best vacation ever. My kids had such fun, they loved being at the house as much as being at Disney! I've had some friends that saw my pictures (I took lots of pictures at the house) and they are interested in staying there when they go to Disney. We have decided we want to come back next summer and not do Disney, but just do a few smaller places and stay home and relax more. I'll be sure to contact you around the first of the year when we can set a date.
