This luxury vacation home has been furnished throughout by professional to the very highest standards and is beautifully decorated. The house is fully equipped with all the amenities of your own home and with verything we could need ourselves. We even upgraded all the mattresses to guarantee your good night sleep.
There is a screened private heated pool and spa with safty fence for your relaxation. The stunning pool and the extended deck is one of the largest offered by any house-builder in the region. We use a highly recommended Management Company with friendly, 24-hour support for our guests.
This quiet, peaceful and spacious villa can accommodate any family size up to ten (10) people. Guests will enjoy the luxury of two master suites. A wonderful vacation experience awaits you in the privacy or your vacation home. We're sure you would love our vacation home as much as we do.

we were a family of 8 that stayed at this home for 12 days in July 2012.. The home were nestled in a very quiet and peaceful area. call Soaring Eagle Ridge. The home were nicely kept and naturally decorated. The only disappoinment were the Kitchen utencils needs updating. our stay were very excited can't wait to visit again.. irate this place a 9 out of 10.. very staisfied.

The property is quiet and comfortable. There is lots of room to relax. Property needs some TLC and up keeping. Just small things but needed. Overall a good place to stay 20 minutes from Orlando and Disney World.

Beside's the fridge breaking down 2x the villa was amazing !! The kids enjoyed their Mickey room & the heated pool & spa . The location was wonderful , close to food ,fun & entertainment. I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a home away from home . Can't wait to book again .

The house was great, the lanai was awesome. Just a few issues ... The games room doesn't really exist. There's a pool table ( pretty broken up) dart game without working darts, air hockey game pretty broken up as well and no puck. THe gas grill was dirty, Sunrises and Sunsets were wonderful and we enjoyed our time at this villa and would rent it again

Our vacation experience at this property was excellent in every way. The house was very clean, nicely appointed and located in a quiet neighborhood. The pool, spa, hot tub and bar -b -que worked wonderfully. The owner provided great commnication, and the property management staff replaced the "wi-fi" the same day it went down. The "single level" entry made bringing in groceries and suitcases a breeze and the floor plan provided privacy from other members in the party. We will definitely rent this property again.

We came down to visit Disney world. The home was in a great location. close to the park but away from all the craziness of it all./ There was a lot of space to spread out and relax and everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The game room was a little disappointing because the pool table was uneven and the balls kept rolling all over and the foosball table had the wrong ball. The ball kept jumping out of play. we had fun with the air hockey though and every time my husband went to the garage we heard the basket ball machine! Thanks for the great stay!

Paid extra for the heated pool at the house,pool was not heated,was told to applie the solar cover at night,the cover was junk.So at that point it did no good.could not swim in pool.The deck could use power wash,and the previous tenets left garbage that was not pcked up before we checked in on sunday afternoon the2nd of oct.These must be addressed before we recommend this to are friends,let alone we decide to rent again.Thank You; Bernie ,Anna Swiader.

Our recent visit was great. The clubhouse had many amenities and activities for temporary residents. The community was clean, quiet and cozy, with a location that was very convenient to Disney. We really enjoyed our stay, and the kids virtually lived in the pool. When we travel to the Orlando area again we will definitely be using Vacation Home Rentals to handle our lodging, as this was so much better than a hotel, but about the same cost. I recommend everyone to try one of these homes as they are beautiful, modern and very welcoming. Thanks again, we'll be back.

The property we originally inquired about was not available, but we were offered another property for the week we needed, and we were very pleased with the accomodations given to us, the house was clean and large, the only complaints we had were the pans were not usable and we had to still eat out which was disapointing, also the pool had not been cleaned until the day before before we left someone came to clean it, we also had to fill up the pool it was low, nobody had topped it off before we got there, and the trash was still in the trash barrel in front of the house, we called management and it was picked up the next morning. but our overall experince was very nice, we would go back. and use the same or another one of May's properties again. Thank you for the ease of renting.

Our Family Came To Orlando To Attend The Baptism Of Our Grandaughter.we Had Three Adults And A 7year Old. The 4br Home Worked Out Very Well. The Heated Pool Was A Delight For Our 7year Old. We definitely enjoyed our stay and the house updates look great. The critiques I would give is that the floors seemed sticky upon arrival/throughout the stay. I also had remembered certain things being there that were not (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen soap, measuring cup). It was a bit of inconvenience that these items were not there (no extra t.p.) and it would have been fine if we expected it and were prepared but we did not. The house is beautiful and we would stay again but did have to make some emergency stops at the store that were not ideal.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely home.The villa was immaculate with all the facilities that anyone would need to ensure a great vacation and the estate was very private and residential.My party and I would definately return to your villa again without hesitation.

Hello. We loved your villa. It was so much better than we even imagined!!! It is a beautiful home! The neighborhood was great, also. None of us wanted to come home! That was our best vacation ever. My kids had such fun, they loved being at the house as much as being at Disney! I've had some friends that saw my pictures (I took lots of pictures at the house) and they are interested in staying there when they go to Disney. We have decided we want to come back next summer and not do Disney, but just do a few smaller places and stay home and relax more. I'll be sure to contact you around the first of the year when we can set a date.
