DISAPPOINTED IN 2011

Upon Arrival, We Noticed The House Was Dusty And Not Very Clean.i Placed A Call To Property Mgt Regarding The Situation...and Was Told I Would Recieve A Call Back...that Did Not Happen.having Kids With You -it's Hard To Disappoint Them-we Ended Up Purchashing Cleaning Supplies Ourselves. The Sofa And Loveseat Smelled Of Mildew And You Could See The Stains[gross] The Only Reason I'm Stating All Of This Is Because-we Stayed At One Of The Properties Last Year And It Was Beautiful, Immaculate-so After Paying More Money And Having A Deposit Held On My Credit Card...i Was Expecting The Wow Factor...what A Let Down-will Do It Again Next Year, But Investigate The Property And Mgt Team A Bit More....but Thanks For Allowing Me The Opportunity To Express My Feelings.

This home was just that....a home. So relaxing, so well kept, so neat & orderly & everything you need is right there. We can"t wait to go back. Everything was top-notch.

Overall I'd say the house is very nice. House was very clean. The house is very large but the TV viewing area is small. So any more then 5 or 6 people will not fix where the TV is. The game room was nice and kept us occupied on the rainy days. I'd say really my only complaint was the pool area. I paid the extra $210 for the pool to be hot. The hottest the hot tub got was 93 and was supposed to be 102. I would assume it was so cold because of the cold weather while we were there.
