Description of the Orlando vacation home rental

The Peace Villa is a single-story brand new villa that is conveniently located in the prestigious "Sandy Ridge" community. The villa is centrally located and is within a short fifteen minute drive of almost all the major attractions, stores and restaurants. The villa is one exit and less than 10 minutes away from the main gates of Disney World.

One of the best features of the villa is that it commands maximum privacy with a backyard facing a natural reserve. Once you take a dip in the pool, you'll be able to soak in the great Florida weather in complete privacy!

The Peace Villa has two master en-suites, one with king-size bed and the other with queen-size bed - both equipped with a large full private bath. The other two bedrooms each feature two twin beds. Our villa is equipped with a large 32" flat TV in the family room, and 19" TVs in both master suites. In addition, the villa is furnished with a DVD/VCR entertainment center along with a Game Cube console system for your entertainment. To stay connected with family while you are on your vacation, the Peace Villa has its own personal phone number and is equipped with free high-speed Internet connectivity. There is a large formal dining room which can comfortably seat six. There is also a separate laundry room, an open bar, and a large roofed patio area for your outdoor enjoyment. Furnishings including all linens and towels are provided included free of charge.

In addition to its prime location, the villa has the following amenities for your enjoyment:

1)A large private screened swimming pool (24' X 15') that can be optionally heated. This is a great place to enjoy the year round Florida sunshine

2) The Peace Villa is perfect for you and your family. The villa is located in a gated community for your safety and has accommodations throughout for children. The private pool is equipped with a child safety fence and gate around the pool.

3) The villa is fully furnished with new luxury furniture and decor throughout the villa.

4) The Peace Villa is fully equipped with free high speed internet and has an installed wireless router for your communication needs.

5) We also have a dedicated game room with a pool table for your enjoyment.

Area Description

This new luxury 4BR/3BA villa was recently finished in 2007 and is centrally located near Orlando. The Peace Villa is less than 10 minutes away from Disney World!

The villa is situated in an ideal location within the prestigious Sandy Ridge community and offers a heated swimming pool that faces a natural conservation reserve and provides maximum privacy for our guests. It is a great place to relax and unwind after a day of fun in the Florida sun!

Our villa is perfectly situated for the golfing and all the theme parks and other major attractions within Central Florida. Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Islands of Adventure, International Drive and many other attractions too numerous to mention within the Orlando area are all only a short drive away. There are also many shopping opportunities within easy reach with a number of large shopping malls and designer outlet stores in the vicinity.

The Gulf Coast is only an hour or so away to the west, with the perfect white sandy beaches of Clearwater and St Petersburg. This side of Florida is also the home of Busch Gardens, a park blending the latest rides with a variety of wild animals.

To the east it is an easy journey to destinations such as Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space Center.
