Condo was clean. Dryer did not work well,crack in coffee table, walls needed some tlc in condo, glasses broke easily(just taking them out of dishwasher on 3 different occasions). I replaced these. The resort was well maintained, the garage was terrific and the pool and hot tub area had plenty of chairs and tables to make it a very pleasant area to enjoy the afternoon. My husband would have really liked a garage door opener. Maybe charge a deposit for it and you get your deposit back when you return the opener or a key pad at the garage door. I really like the keypad at the main door, you don't have to worry about taking a key along. Our experience was very positive. We would love to come back and would definitely recommend it to our friends

The property was very clean. I loved that it was a gated community with a gaurd on duty 24/7. The pool was clean. The only issue was the water pipe broke in the unit next to us. Some of my items suffered water damage and the unit was uninhabitable for 3 days. Thankfully the management company moved us to a different unit until the rental was fixed. I'm not sure if my items will be replaced. Other than that little speed bump the rental was wonderful and a great place to for my family to stay. We rented the unit for 2 weeks and will it rent again! Don't pass this rental unit by. You will be happy!
