We absolutely loved this house. It was exceptionally clean and had more than enough room for everyone. The pool heat and hot tub heat were needed. It does take a good hour to get the hot tub to temperature since only the pool or the hot tub can be heated at one time. But that was a minor inconvenience. I hope to be able to stay in this house again. Plus the owners were very helpful when we had questions.

I'm so glad we chose to stay in this home instead of a hotel for our trip. I can't say enough good about this property and the owners. The house is roomy, relaxing and conveniently located. We had a family of 6 and lots of room to spare. We have already decided that this is where we'll stay any time we head to Florida! Thanks for making our trip so great!

We had a wonderful time.The house is great, was very clean and had everything We need (will be nice if had a cordless phone).Les was very nice to work with and very fast to answer all our questions.I have been renting vacations homes in Orlando for the past 5 years, and that was the best one ever...I will not look for another house the next time.Thanks Les .

My husband and I came to this home for our honeymoon with my step-son. We could not have asked for anything better!! The home was exactly as described. We watched fireworks from the hot tub almost every night!! It took a few days to get used to the pool/spa heating but we figured it out!! Fantastic home. And fantastic people!!

I thought I should write something because the various positive reviews I read helped me make my selection of this home! Needless to say I was so glad we chose it. The owner Les was excellent and there were no hiccups related to the arrangements. I had all of the necessary information (access code, instructions) prior to our arrival which was great. The house is really exactly as it looks. Very quiet neighborhood, and close to the disney parks. The kids had a great time. I would definately rent this home again next time we are in Orlando. The house is exactly as described and a great place to stay. Close to shopping, restaurants, and Disney. The neighborhood is very quiet. You really can see (and hear) the fireworks from the different Disney parks.

Our little bit of heaven

My family and I stayed in this house for our March break Florida vacation. We are from Canada and this is our 2nd year to the sunshine state :) Words can not express how much we LOVED this house. It was fully equiped, clean and bosted beautiful furniture. The owners were quick to reply and answerd any questions we had and made us feel right at home. Our children absolutly loved the pool area and made sure to see the Hollywood studios AND Disneys Magic Kingdom fireworks every night from the pool/patio area. It also had a beautiful landscape veiw overlooking Orlando/ Kissimmee. The house was in a great location that made going to and from parks/shopping very easy. It was also just a few minutes to hwy 4 and had a Walmart /Publix and other shopping down the road. We will not hesitate to re book next years Florida vacation in this house. Thank You Les from our family to yours :)

We had a really marvellous time. The first thing the grandkids did was jump in the pool, which was heated (an extra charge for heating and well worth it). The house is roomy, very comfortable and attractive. Housekeeping was excellent. Clean beds welcomed us when we arrived. The location was far enough away from the park to be quiet but close enough to be really convenient. You can see fireworks in the distance. The owner, Les, was very easy to work with, honest and reliable. The rate was about half what we would have paid at a hotel and had the amenities of a home, which a hotel wouldn't. We plan to stay here again in the future.

The owner was EXCELLENT to deal with - returned emails promptly. Great location with beautiful view of orange grove and easy access to "all things Orlando." The house was just as it appeared in photos and had room for all 10 of us! Our children LOVED the pool!!
