Florida Oasis ! Beautiful home is just so inviting

This beautiful home is just so inviting from the minute you walk in. It's 2400 square footage gives you so much space to relax you worries just fade away. With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths all at each corner of the house, privacy is at it's best. The oversized heated pool brings relaxation like you never felt. While the kids are swimming in the pool the adults can relax outside with plenty of seating, and a huge lanai area. Two George Foreman indoor/outdoor Grills are on site for an easy and enjoyable grilling experience. Inside you will find two master suites. One that is just perfect for the in laws. The mother in law suite has a king bed, kitchenette along with a private bath. Also the mother in law suite has a flat screen HD TV/DVD combo. This mother in law suite provides for a private entrance as well. The master suite is huge with a king bed featuring a pillow top mattress, a large tub, walk in shower and beautiful armoire. A separate entrace is here as well. This master suite also features high end wall hangings. All bedrooms feature a flat screen HD TV and DVD player. The third bedroom is very private with a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. Along with toys for children in the closet. The 4th bedroom also has numerous accessories with no additonal charge for an infant or small child. There is a stroller with carrier, high chair, baby tub, bouncer, swing, pack n play and baby monitors. This bedroom features Mickey carpeting which is sure to get the attention of any child. A flat screen HD TV with a very comfy huge couch is inviting at the end of the day. A Wii is also on site for the whole family to enjoy with several on site game. A laptop computer is available for free. On site is wifi for free and a phone for national calling at no charge. Outside you will find several palm trees. House is located in a cul de sac allowing for a very quiet neighborhood.

There are well over 25 golf courses all within 10 miles of this property. A shopping mall, gas station, Publix, Walgreens are all only 5 minutes away.

This area is so quiet and peaceful. Sitting outside at night by the pool and looking up at the palm trees gives you a feeling like you are in paradise. Access to I-4 and Hwy 27 are quick and easy. Attractions are just minutes away.
