My family loved staying at this location, The house was VERY clean, Pool was heated and the hot Tub was my Fav. We had no major issues from start to finish, I would HIGHLY suggest if your looking for a worry free place to stay contact Kenny about this house. Get Away for My 40th Birthday

My husband and I booked the house with four other couples for a weekend get-away. We loved the layout of the house and found the accommodations clean, spacious and adequate for our needs. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the heated pool. The house was well stocked with equipment for us to prepare meals. We also really enjoyed the pool table. The neighborhood was clean and quiet and the house was not too far from Orlando's attractions. Kenny was very quick and thorough with all correspondences. We would love to stay here again.

This house is amazing!! Plenty of space, great layout, and the pool and hot tub is a great bonus!! Communication with the owner is outstanding! It was so nice to not go back to a hotel after all of those long stressful days! The private pool was the best! I will never stay in a hotel again on vacation. We enjoyed our stay at Joy in the Sun very much. The home was neat and clean and very comfortable. We had plenty of room for everyone. The pool and spa were very nice and used often :) The neighborhood was quiet and close to all the parks. Kenny was excellent to work with, very quick to return emails and answer all our questions. The house is in a great location. It only takes about 20-30 minutes to get to the parks. My sister stayed in Disney for 5 days and it took her 30-40 minutes to get to her hotel, they had to wait for a bus. Grocery store less then 5 minutes away. My husband was worried about the house size it looks small. He was very surprised when we got there the rooms are bigger than they look. We spent a lot of time by the pool and spa. Not many people spend a lot of time outside. It was very private. We had issue and e-mailed the owner, it was taken care of within the hour. We would use this house again. Denise

My family and I had a wonderful stay at your Joy in the Sun Disney Villa. It was such a delight coming home each night after a long day of sightseeing. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was such a relief from the hot Florida weather. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. A family of 2 adults and 4 kids stayed at Joy in the sun and we were delighted by the experience of stay in this home during the winter days of Orlando. The house is in excellent condition - new decoration and linens, swiming pool among other features. The location is great to enjoy a tranquil place while resting between rushing park days. We have easy access to all main roads to south/west Orlando and park areas. The owner is a great character and a very precise person to deal with. I will definetely go back to this house if I make the trip to Orlando again. And for sure I will recommend to other families to go.

We just returned from our stay at Joy In The Sun Villa and had a wonderful time. There was lots of room and very comfortable. We had a party of 8, and everyone loved playing and relaxing by the pool and spa. It was always a joy to return to after a day out, and to be able to relax and soak in the pool and spa. The beds are comfortable. The location was great, short drive to Disney theme parks and close to restaurants and stores, there is a Walmart store down the road. The neighborhood is peaceful, and we thoroughly enjoying our stay at this villa, wish we could stay longer!

This is a wonderful villa located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood at The Retreat of Legacy park. The villa is conveniently located close to Rt27, and a short drive to many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping malls.
Everything in the house is new and clean, which is great. During our booking process, the owner, Kenny, has been very patient and responded to our questions and requests very promptly! The pool and spa are very nice, it was very relaxed soaking in the spa after walking the whole day in the theme parks. The kids spent lots of time in the pool. We had 7 people in the villa, there was enough room and space for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped, clean and spacious. Overall our stay was very pleasant and delightful and we had a great time there; thank you so much. We will definitely recommend this to anyone and would love to come back again!
