Description of the Orlando vacation home rental
Full size Billiard Pool table, football table, Gas BBQ, highspeed internet, Cable TV, DVD, Hi-Fi VCR, Game Cube. Separate dining area and breakfast nook in fully-equipped kitchen.
30'x 15' heated private pool has been extended to give you extra enjoyment. There is also an 8 feet diameter raised Jacuzzi Spa bath for the ultimate in relaxation. It is fully screened to keep the bugs out but allows the sunshine in. The stunning extended deck is one of the largest offered by any house-builder in the region. Patio furniture is provided. The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence.
Our vacation home is fully licensed by the State of Florida. It is maintained by a professional management company that maintains 24/7 service for the guests.

Beautiful property, close to Disney (15 min) and Universal Studios (25 min). Restaurants and shopping centers close to property. Very clean house, everybody got his own bed. Excellent, after this experience I won't get a hotel room on my next trip.

We loved staying at the place. The only drawback was the pool/spa. We found out right before we arrived, and after we paid to have the pool heated (and thus the spa) that the spa wouldn't really heat to over 85 - and upon feeling the water, while it was heated a little, I don't think it ever reached 85. Other than that, it was a very nice stay. The bedrooms rooms were great, so was the kitchen and having 3 bathrooms was perfect. Also having a washer and dryer made it so we didn't have to pack so many clothes. The girls room could have used a dresser, but otherwise, it was wonderful and our girls loved it. We also loved being so close to Disney World, with easy access to grocery and other stores.

We had a wonderful time at our vacation home. It was good being so close to Disney. We had everything we needed in the lovely villa .Plenty of room for all of us. The pool was perfect for the kids , as well as the game room. Just like home. Any questions or possible problems, were quickly addressed by management. We will go through Vacation Home Rentals for our next trip also..

The vacation home was great and well kept. This was home away from home with a private pool. The location was great and convenient to everything. The property clubhouse was very nice and great amenities. The clubhouse had long hours of operation and entertaining. I would definitely choose this vacation home again.

The instructions were clearly marked on how to get the house and liked the gated community - felt safe. House clean, lots of great towels, When we had a concern over the empty BBQ then quickly returned our email and cleared up the problem. Close to grocery stores and really liked the house.

Overall we had a great experience here! We rented for a week and liked the idea of having our own pool and lanai, that truly makes this house special. The master bedroom is amazing as well. Very close and convienient to all major Orlando activities as well as all highways.

I would recommend this house to anyone. The location was great close to the parks but far enough to have some quiet time with the family. The owners were great. The house was big enough to accommodate 12 of us comfortably. I will be renting this house again.

It was nice. My parent and grandparent really enjoyed the bedroom being downstairs. The patio area was very relaxing. The only thing is that the upstairs bedrooms gets warmer than the downstairs. Ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms would be a plus. Anyway we had a great time.

This home was perfect for an extended stay in Orlando. It is close to Disney, as well as restaurants and grocery stores. Having a heated pool to come home to after the long hot days at the parks was so nice. It was also in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood which was nice for vacation. I would definitely recommend this home for a vacation rental.

Convenient but in need of maintenance

The home was extremely convenient and spacious but it is definitely in need of some general maintenance. It could use a thorough cleaning of wall surfaces and carpets and some fresh paint. Not as nice as pictured online. We had issues with the pool most of our week's stay which was frustrating. If maintenance could be done it's a nice place to stay.

We had a great time. House is very clean and well maintained. Be prepared to drive alot. It was a bit deceiving it is not located in orlando. It is 45 minutes away from the airport. It is very worth it. It is in a gated quiet community.

Hello, my family and my sister's family stayed at 310 Bridgewater for a week. Coming in from cold NewEngland we were really looking forward to a nice heated pool. The pool was unusable for 2 days. I called the company and they said they would re-inburse us for the days. There was no vacuum and the kitchen lacked large pots. There was also a pool talbe and we went out and bought new pool sticks for the talbe and left them. When we got the porperty the door was left un-locked and the code that was given to us was not what we were told. The size of the house was great, the location was a bit further than we had expected and traffic getting to and from Disney was a factor.

The house was great for 12 people! The location was the best. It kept us out of the busy Kississmee area and left us close to all highway entrances for east and west Florida. Only suggestions are that more toilet paper and towels be provided and utensils and perhaps children friendly dishes (plastic).

Nice space! We had 10 people and never felt like we couldn't get away from each other. Pool was great to have, although we happen to turn off the filter some how and it took the management company 3 days to response. We did contact the owner and Mrs. Helen imediately called the management company and then they responsed that same day. We did feel that the house could have been a little cleaner around the edges. We did have to pick up some washclothes too - there was not enough. Nice stroller, portable crib, and high chair available which we used. Foosball table and pool table definitely a plus as well! Nice neighborhood! Location was great to shops, Disney World, and great golf courses too. One suggestion would be to provide a contact to a church or salvation army to donate any extra groceries that vacationers have leftover, instead of throwing it out. We would most likely return to this same house again!

Our overall experience was great. Four generations of our family met in Florida for a mini reunion and vacation. It was great. The house is close to the major themeparks and was in a fantastic neighborhood with great grocery shopping nearby. The children especially loved the private pool, which created new bonding with both grandparents and great-grandparents. Communication with owner was also great. This home was a wonderful deal. It was beautiful, clean and very accomidating. Very close to Disney, and Sea World. Restaraunts and shopping plazas were right down the road. It was very child friendly, for my 1 year old and my 8 year old. We plan on booking it again in the future.

Overall, the experience was good, but there were several things I wish we had known. When we arrived, we had been given the wrong code for the house, so we had to get the proper code before we could even get in. That took a while. There was not a large trash can for outside, but the garbage man must not have minded the trash in bags at the street - they still picked up. The grill was not clean AT ALL, so we had to get stuff to clean it before using it. The pool was to be heated, but it never really heated up even after the gentleman checked it. The carpets were in really bad shape and it would have been nice to have known we needed to supply the bathroom tissue as well as other general supplies throughout the house. The beds in general were not comfortable. There was one cue stick without a tip. The spaciousness of the house was nice and the location was good for the Disney parks. In general, I wish there had been better communication about what to expect.

Overall the house was nice, the walls were a little scuffed and the carpet was dirty. The coffee pot kept blowing a fuse so we ended up haveing to purchase a new one. The pool was smaller than it looked on the internet. There could have been a few more towels in the house. We did enjoy our stay and had a wonderful time in the Orlando area. The gated community was very nice.

Our stay at this property was very nice. It is very convenient to the them parks and the kids got great use out of the pool. This is a very clean neighborhood and the property is very nice. It is very roomy and it also has different zones to hang out in just in case multi families use the property. The back patio with the pool is an extremely laid back area; very nice atmosphere. The property management was good to. The only problem we had is the gas grill wouldnt work. They sent someone out promptly and it was just an empty fuel cylinder. Only two suggestions I would make for improvement: 1. Leave detailed instructions on how to access the wireless interenet b/c I couldnt get it to work nor could I figure it out. 2. Clarify in lease agreement that if you dont pay the extra cash for the heated pool then the spa wont be heated either. Outside of that, great property that I would suggest to anyone. I will rent it again. Thanks.
