Write a review LOVED THE HOUSE. VERY NICE LOTS OF ROOM.VERY CLEAN INSIDE AND OUT. GOOD LOCATION. HAD A GREAT TIME THANKS. We had a great time. House is very clean and well maintained. Be prepared to drive alot. It was a bit deceiving it is not located in orlando. It is 45 minutes away from the airport. It is very worth it. It is in a gated quiet community. Our family enjoyed our stay very much. it was clean, spacious, organize, etc. Everything needed was in the home. We are planning a trip and we will definitely rent a home again! Thanks! We really have a good time at this house. It was confortable and very well cleaned. It is located in a very peaceful and secure area, nearly to stores and services. Me and my family had a very nice stay at this home. From the updated interior to the quite secure neighborhood, I would definitely rent this property again. The house was great for 12 people! The location was the best. It kept us out of the busy Kississmee area and left us close to all highway entrances for east and west Florida. Only suggestions are that more toilet paper and towels be provided and utensils and perhaps children friendly dishes (plastic). Nice space! We had 10 people and never felt like we couldn't get away from each other. Pool was great to have, although we happen to turn off the filter some how and it took the management company 3 days to response. We did contact the owner and Mrs. Helen imediately called the management company and then they responsed that same day. We did feel that the house could have been a little cleaner around the edges. We did have to pick up some washclothes too - there was not enough. Nice stroller, portable crib, and high chair available which we used. Foosball table and pool table definitely a plus as well! Nice neighborhood! Location was great to shops, Disney World, and great golf courses too. One suggestion would be to provide a contact to a church or salvation army to donate any extra groceries that vacationers have leftover, instead of throwing it out. We would most likely return to this same house again! Clean, comfortable, convenient and affordable! Will use again next year! What can I say about this experience but wow. Accomodations were great. It is truly a home away from home. Pool and hot tub was a great feature to have after very busy days within Florida. Very close to shopping and Disney and I will definitly book again when we plan our next trip. Our overall experience was great. Four generations of our family met in Florida for a mini reunion and vacation. It was great. The house is close to the major themeparks and was in a fantastic neighborhood with great grocery shopping nearby. The children especially loved the private pool, which created new bonding with both grandparents and great-grandparents. Communication with owner was also great. The house came furnished with everything we needed. Thanks again for a wonderful experience. Nancy Quinn We had an awesome time at the villa, lots of space, clean, pool table was a plus with 14 teenage children. We would recommend this villa to anyone. Hopefully when we return in 2-3 years we will definitely try to rent this villa again. The house was great. We had enough room for everyone (11). When the outside light was out they came out to replace it. I would definitely rent from you again. This home was a wonderful deal. It was beautiful, clean and very accomidating. Very close to Disney, and Sea World. Restaraunts and shopping plazas were right down the road. It was very child friendly, for my 1 year old and my 8 year old. We plan on booking it again in the future. Our stay at this property was very nice. It is very convenient to the them parks and the kids got great use out of the pool. This is a very clean neighborhood and the property is very nice. It is very roomy and it also has different zones to hang out in just in case multi families use the property. The back patio with the pool is an extremely laid back area; very nice atmosphere. The property management was good to. The only problem we had is the gas grill wouldnt work. They sent someone out promptly and it was just an empty fuel cylinder. Only two suggestions I would make for improvement: 1. Leave detailed instructions on how to access the wireless interenet b/c I couldnt get it to work nor could I figure it out. 2. Clarify in lease agreement that if you dont pay the extra cash for the heated pool then the spa wont be heated either. Outside of that, great property that I would suggest to anyone. I will rent it again. Thanks.
