Our recently built 3 BR / 2 '''' bath Townhome has all the comforts of home while being located near all of the many attractions Florida has to offer. This Townhome provides 1,376 sq. ft of living space and can accommodate up to seven guests.

This spacious two-story 3 bedroom Townhome offers a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils. Unit offers living/dining area and spacious bedrooms with private baths (roman tub in master). There is also a patio area.

Regal Palms Resort is officially a GFO 4-star rated resort. The Resort is minutes south of the 192 on Route 27 and is perfectly situated for visiting all the attractions Central Florida has to offer. Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios two parks are less than thirty minutes drive north.

The resort is a walled community with around the clock security and check-in facilities. All guests at Regal Palms will have access to the new private club and leisure facilities. The 17,000 sq ft clubhouse features a full restaurant, Sports bar with Large plasma TV ''s, Tiki bar. Convention and business centre with Internet facilities and games room. A further building houses a gymnasium, spa, health and beauty complex. The Resort features an extensive 2.5 acre tropical pool complex with two heated pools and a lazy river, Jacuzzi, waterfalls and waterslide, a central island and extensive sun decks.
A Publix supermarket and further restaurants are few yards from the resort.

Adjacent to the resort is the 18 hole Highlands Reserve Golf Course, this is a 72 par championship course with extremely challenging greens.

Cancellations of bookings up to 6 weeks before departure will involve a loss of deposit. Applicants cancelling a booking less than 6 weeks before departure will be liable for the total cost of their booking.
   
• Other Fees: Please be informed that on arrival a $10 per night resort will be charged. This is for the unlimited use of the excellent resort facilities i.e. Swimming Complex, Clubhouse, Fitness centre etc. Cleaning fees applicable on all bookings

We stayed in a three bedroom town home. The unit was very clean. There were some mechanical problems with a few things but nothing we could not live with. Our three boys loved the pool and it was a good deal for the price.

We enjoyed our stay at Regal Palms, the only "issue" we had was no AC on the first night, but they got someone there promptly to fix it the next am. The pool was wonderful & relaxing. Enough room for all guests. Would go back again in a heartbeat!!

I am a mother of 4...we left home with a van full of luggage, toys, books, DVD's, food and of course the family.. This was our first time staying at the Marriott Horizons. We we were left speechless. we didnt have to utilize one toy from our van. The amenities were amazing and so was our villa. vacations for me is usually equals exhaustion because there is so much to do and prepare. Well not this vacation. The cleanliness of our villa was a mothers dream. The carpets were not stagnant and the down comforters tempted us to stay in doors. but the Pool and activities at night lured us out and about. THANK YOU, THANK YOU... Speechless

All the facilities were available as mentioned. It was clean and provided with great elegance. I would recommend people to stay there without any second thought. The only thing which I got to tell is I was expecting high speed internet in the apartment itself, but it was available only at the main office. Otherwise, it was an excellent place to stay.

The townhouse is very well kept, well maintained! The resort is beautiful! The water area was perfect. The location was ideal (10-20" away from Disney parks & Seaworld). Owner responded very quickly to e-mails. We would DEFINATELY go back. We can't say enough good things!!!
