Description of the Orlando vacation townhouse rental

This award-winning Terra Verde Resort and Spa is minutes from Disney World and other area attractions.It is easily accessible to all major highways in less than 5 minutes.This all-in-one, upscale resort is in a gated community with 24hr.security personnel on duty! This 3 bed/2.5 Tuscany village-style townhouse is nestled on a conservation easement, fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need to make it your home away from home! Our townhouse is suitable for all ages looking to enjoy their Disney experience yet avoid the chaos of a big hotel.

Located one minute walk from the clubhouse, designer pool,spa, fitness room, arcade, tiki hut, outdoor sand volleyball court, basketball court,tot lot, and other resort facilities you will have the opportunity to enjoy all that the beautiful Terra Verde Resort has to offer!

As you enter the main entrance to our home you`ll be impressed with the open floor plan the ground has to offer.The kitchen is located immediately to your left upon entering and leads into the dining area and family room. As you exit out the rear door you walk onto a private patio fully furnished with sun loungers and it all overlooks a wooded conservation easement.

There is a half bathroom on the ground floor as well as utility room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The stairs lead you to the three bedrooms on the second floor.The master bedroom has a queen size bed, color TV, and an on suite bathroom.As you look out the window, the view of the conservation easement and your private patio will be sure to take your breath away.
The second bedroom is fully furnished with a full bed and the third has twin beds and they are located towards the front of the property. All bedrooms have walking closets, plenty of storage for use.

Unit has central Air-Conditioning, Washer/Dryer, Linens included, Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster, Coffeemaker,Dishes/Utensils provided, Breakfast bar, Cable, Telephone,2TV,VCR, Pullout Sofa Bed, Covered Patio.

RATES:

$69.00 per night or $500.00 per week including taxes during regular months.
$70.00 per night or $550.00 a week during high season ( June, July, August).
$85.00 per night or $625.00 per week during Holiday season incl. taxes.
For bookings less than 5 nights, add departure cleaning fees $80.00
1-6 month rental available.SNOWBIRD SPECIAL AVAILABLE .. BOOK in advance.

SPECIAL: July 9--July 15th ( 6 nights) for $450.00 inclusive.

Well, where do I begin...This place was just so great. It met all our expectations. It was comfortable, quiet, clean, etc...The pool was great, unfortunately we only got to go to the pool only twice, but the both times it was really nice and very clean. My family and enjoyed very much our stay there and we definitely will consider staying here again in the near future. It was a pleasure to meet Mr. Nurul as well. Thanks to Terra Verde for making our stay wonderful!! Julissa, Hector and Family...

This was my first vacation home rental for my family of four. Since my son and daughter are 17 and 21 I normally would have reserved two hotel rooms. I would definitely rent this condo again. It is exactly as advertised and well equipped. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and provided fast responses to any questions I had in advance. The resort is wonderful. Normally we spend much of our time at Universal Studios and other attractions but this time we enjoyed the resort pool and hot tub so much that we actually spent less time away and had more time to relax. The resort is within a few miles of all major stores (2 Walmarts very close by, etc.) The first day we went to a Dollar Store to pick up any minor essentials we needed - laundry soap, etc. A great vacation experience!!!

This property was perfect for our family of five. We enjoyed the cleanliness, open concept, laundry and multiple bathrooms. The pool clubhouse, games room, basketball court and tot lot were big hits with our kids. As we spent three days in Disney, we felt it was the perfect spot to "come home to" unwind and relax. It was also a quick drive to Disney and all major attractions, which we were very grateful for! The staff were very helpful and accomodating, and we were very pleased with the beautiful accomodations. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and we plan on returning for future visits!

Our rental of this town home was excellent. It was just as described, clean and affordable. The only reason I didn't rate this as a 5 star is because it was missing some items that I would have expected to be present (hand soap for the bathrooms, dish soap for the kitchen, spare toilet paper, garbage bags). The spa was broken but we were told in advance of our arrival and alternate arrangements were made for us. Our homeowner was excellent to work with and we would recommend this property to others. Thanks for a great vacation rental. We will use this site again and this property owner too!
