Description of the Orlando vacation townhouse rental
This luxurious townhouse was built in Dec 2006. The home sleeps up to 8 people comfortably, with 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed.
The property is 5 minutes from Disney World and near all the major attractions. Bed set-up is 1 king, 2 tiwns upstairs and 1 queen and 1 sofa bed down stairs. Bed linen and towels are provided. Washer, dryer, cable TV, DVD, VCR, radio/CD player and Game Cube are all included. High speed Internet is also provided. Other features include a fully equipped kitchen, high chair, crib and a stroller, which are free.
The house is located in the heart of Kissimmee, close to grocery(super walmart 2 min) and outlet mall (5 min). There is a large community pool, small lake and a nice playground in the community.

This was our eighth visit to the Orlando / Kissimmee area and this apartment was without doubt the nicest we have rented. All the rooms were well furnished and equipped and the location was ideal for getting to and from Universal, Sea World etc. No more traffic jams on 192! Can recommend whole-heartedly. very spacious, clean and secure,gives an excelent privacy, also conected with the nature ( the lake in the front of the house and geese and ducks at the windows and all this at a very affordable price.
We come every winter in Floria from Boston, but I can say this was the most accomplished. This will the first place to consider to come next year

This is a lovely property, conveniently located to Disney. Also near grocery and other shopping. The house is well furnished for a short stay. I was particularly glad of the washer and dryer. My children enjoyed the playground and feeding the resident ducks. Great location, December 22, 2008

The villa was a pleasant place to stay at. It was very convenient and located at an excellent place. The villa was very spacious and it is nicer than the pictures. I was very pleased with the house and also the price of the stay. The house was very comfortable and in a very peaceful neighborhood and was also very close to Walmart. My family enjoyed our stay in Florida in your very nice and spacious townhouse. Good value for the money. Especially liked that the townhouse was located nearby to highway 192.

Staying at Paradise Cay was the best thing my husband and I could have done, especially with 3 children. The villa was well equipped with baby necessities, such as high chair and stroller for our 11 month old son, as well as a park whcih was right across the street. It was close to everything we needed, such as Walmart, Disney Sports Complex, Disney Quest and much more!!!! I will never stay at another hotel when I go to Florida!!!

Our 2007 Christmas holidays in Orlando was perfect and we were especially pleased with our accommodations at Paradise Cay. The home is well kept, the location is excellent and is close to all the places we wanted to visit. We highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again in the future .
