Upgrade your stay to this larger 1400 square feet 3 bedroom townhouse sleeps up to 8 persons. It's Fully Furnished with 1 King Size Bedrooms, 1 Queen plus Twin Bedroom and 1 Queen ground floor bedroom plus 3 full size Baths.

Feel right at home with the comfort of a Fully Equipped Gourmet Kitchen with full size ice cube making refridgerator, electric stove, microwave oven, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender and dish washer. This townhouse provides a Formal Dining Room, Large Living Room with
large cable TV and DVD/VHS Player.

Area Information

Take a splash in the enormous 2.5 acre Tropical Pool Pavilion open all year round with 2 Separate Pools, Water-Slide and Water Fall. Float around the Lazy-River or relax in the outdoor Heated Jacuzzi with soothing jets.

There are a considerable amount of sunbathing decks or comfort yourself at the lazy-river central island to enjoy a breathtaking view of the entire pool surrounded with beautiful palm trees.

Submit to your appetite with indoor service or outdoor pool terrace for casual dining at the resort 4 Star Restaurant and Sports Bar clubhouse. Pool side service is also provided with an added weekend entertainment and outdoor B-B-Q grilled food.

Have fun in the childrens play area with your kids or while the kids enjoy their playtime in the clubhouse arcade game room you can take time to work out at the Fitness Center with state of the art equipment and a pool side view.

For the golfers we are adjacent to the Highlands Reserve 18 Hole, 72 Par Championship Golf Course, open to the public.

Pool is really nice but for a place that says no reserving chairs, you have to get to the pool when it opens in order to actually get a chair because people throw their towels on them and then disappear. We got to the pool one day around 10:30 or 11. There were no chairs so we dropped our stuff on the grass. We were in the pool for an hour. When we got out to go get lunch the same chairs that had towels on them, no one ever appeared to at any point. They have staff that wanders but they don't do anything about random chairs with towels on them. They should have a limit, like if no one shows up to dry off or make sure no one stole their stuff after an hour, the chair becomes available. Either that or they really need to limit how many people come into the pool area. It's really frustrating with small kids who can't stay in the pool that long and when they come out to rest for a bit, they want to sit somewhere and the grass there is terrible to sit on. The townhouse itself was very nice. We stayed there last year and were really happy with that place.

Beautiful Townhome and Resort

We just returned from our trip on Saturday. Apart from the weather on the cool side, we had a very wonderful time in Orlando thanks to our awesome accomodations. When we arrived at 1am early morning Saturday, we turned on the lights and were amazed!!! You have such a beautiful townhome. The high ceilings, the decor, the huge spacious bedrooms made our stay so enjoyable. And you're right, its a short walk to the resort. The accomodations were very clean and we loved the tiled main floor. Wow. The resort staff and facilities were spectacular.....even the lady at the Tiki Bar who wore a Canadian Iceberg Hat the whole time was so much fun. My five year old twins loved the lazy river and heated main pool......I just wished we stayed longer to catch some warmer weather.......next time. Thanks again for being available, we will definitely call upon you again when we decide to return to Orlando.

Regal Palms Resort was the best vacation choice for our family. The mini-water park was ideal for the children and adults - we didn't miss not going to the parks! From the game room, to the work out facility, restaurant and bar....there was something for each and every guest in our home. We will definitely return and refer!
