Our quiet 3 bed air conditioned house has an executive furnishings package and includes a large living room & dining area with cable tv, telephone, fully equipped kitchen, & laundry room with washing machine/tumble dryer
The bedrooms comprise two Masters (one King, one Queen) & one twin with 2 single beds. ALL bedrooms have their OWN ensuite private bathrooms
The first Master bedroom has a balcony & walk-in wardrobe
The two Master bedrooms have "supersize" baths for extra luxury, their own TV with remote & double size wardrobes.
All the larger rooms have ceiling fans for extra comfort

I ended up in a four bedroom, three bathroom. It was very nice. The owner of the rental home made everything very easy and clear. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook meals. The resort is a bit small, but very nice and the staff is very nice. I will stay here again, soon I hope.

The house had absolutely everything to make our experience wonderful. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, and the pool area at the resort are unbelievable. Absolutely awesome pool, slide, DJ was a plus for our pool days and added to the fun. The staff at the resort were all friendly, all smiled and made my stay awesome. We will be back to this resort for sure. One thing I really did like is that this resort was out of the crowds, traffic of Disney, yet we could be there in 15 minutes. Plenty of restaurants, groceries, drug stores right within a couple of miles. We highly recommend this resort and appreciate how family friendly it was, even the house was easy to navigate with a 88 year old with a walker.

This was our first stay at the Regal Palms. We would definitely go back. The resort was conveniently located to everything we needed or wanted to do. The pool area was clean and beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The townhouse was big and relaxing to come home to after a long day at the Parks and golf courses. Some upgrades to the carpet, blinds and mattresses would be nice. We would however rent this place again as is. That fact that it is a gated community is reassuring. We had a wonderful time at The Regal Palms and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home. Renting this townhouse was a much better choice than squishing into a hotel room which ultimately costs more and is so much smaller in comparison. Loved our stay!!!!

We stayed in this unit in February, and everything was as advertised. My kids loved the fact that all the pool toys were available for them to use. My kids wanted to stay in the pool and lazy river instead of going to Disney. The water was always warm and inviting. The staff were very pleasant as well. I was skeptical of booking online, but was impressed at how fast the owner got back to us on any questions we had. It was a definate pleasure staying here, and if we ever go back to Orlando, we will definately stay here again.

We stayed for a week to visit the parks in Orlando and the location to Magic Kingdom was perfect. The house and facilities were great. The pool was so much fun, would recommend this house to anyone. Very clean and had all the bells and whistles you would ever need! Great vacation properly.

I stayed at the Regal Palms Resort with my Wife and 2 Grandchildren(aged 6 & 3). we booked the accommodation through the internet and proved to be as easy as it seemed. We arrived at the reception at the Regal Palms Resort and was processed within 5 minutes and directed to our accommodation. The Villa was far better than we imagined, it was comfortable, spacious and homely. The bedrooms were themed exactly for all of us, my grandson had Toy story bedding and my grandaughter had a nice girlie theme which made it easy for all of us to settle in and relax in a nice atmosphere. The surrounding environment was clean, well kept and very quiet. The only noises were the bins being put out in the mornings. The Resort in itself proved to be an excellent asset as my grandchildren wanted to spend more time in the swimming pool and Banana Jacks rather than going out to the theme parks, fortunately we managed to convince them otherwise. The swimming pool was always warm and very clean, the staff were always willing to chat and provide information and guidance of the local area. All of the equipment required for use in the swimming pool was available in the Villa which proved to be a goldmine to my grandchildren. Access to the compound was well controlled and simplicity was the most obvious asset as there was nothing complicated. Within walking distance there were major supermarkets and a minimart on site. The Staff were always available to help and the reception was open 24 hrs a day. I would strongly recommend this location for any age group as there was adequate provision to satisfy all age groups. We had a visit from one of the rental parties during our visit who was keen to know our thoughts and if there was any problems, I advised him that it is exactly what it says on the tin and will certainly be coming back. On the whole an excellent Holiday that was strongly enhanced by our living surroundings.

We had a fantastic stay and enjoyed being close to the parks and other activities in Florida. It was perfect for our family (especially loved having a portable crib and high chair for my baby). My kids LOVED the swimming pool and spent the other time trying to catch lizards in the area. I will recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay close enough to the parks in Florida, but far enough away to feel like you are at a private resort. Very clean, well-kept and maintained.

Regal Palms was awesome. The kids had a wonderful time at the pool's and at the Game room. We saw some awesome fireworks on the fourth right at the resort . The house was clean and was well supplied. The only complaint I had with the house was the dryer. You had to dry a small load for 3 hours. I would gladly rent there again. Would tell all my friends to go there.

We have just returned from Regal Palms after a week in Orlando,2 seniors and 3 adults.The house had everything we required and more.It was so helpful that each room had its own bathroom and shower.The resort had amazing facilities to suit all ages.Car required to visit all Disney resorts. We came to attend a wedding in Disney itself.I would recommend this resort and all the people we came in contact with who treated us with respect.

Hi, My sisters and I were very impressed with the resort. My sisters loved the house we rented. Very organized clean and every thing we needed in regards to appliance was all on hand from pots and pans to an iron. As for the pool it was great it was 2 of my sisters first vacation.They love the pool side area and the lazy pool. Staff was excellent and on point I give them a 10. Restaurant was good but you do need extra help on weekends when it is the busiest. Thank You Diana.

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay at the 4 bedroom condo at the Regal Palms. There weren't enough hours in the day to get in all of the fun that the area and the resort had to offer. The kids loved the pool, with its slide and lazy river, even more than Disney World! They couldn't wait to leave the theme parks so that they could get back and jump in the pool everyday.

Our stay at Regal Palms Resort was wonderful. Simon the owner of the townhouse was great to work with. He answered all our concerns prior to renting. The Townhouse was exactly as pictured on the site, well kept and very clean and It was a short walk to the pool and club house. The grounds of Regal Palms Resort are just beautiful. We loved the pools and lazy river. It's also very pretty at night when it is all lite up. The restaurant on site has very good food and reasonably priced. There is even a little shop to get tubes for the lazy river,ice cream snacks etc. The shop is located right next to the workout room and indoor hot tub. There is also a hot tub out side and a play area for the little ones. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our family along with my brother and his family stayed here for our Springbreak. The condo was perfect and met all the needs of everyone in our group. T.V's in every bedroom was a plus since we were traveling with 4 children! We especially loved the pool area at Regal Palm! The slide and the lazy river were both a huge hit with our kids! Even the adults enjoyed them from time to time! The location of this condo on the resort was perfect. It was a short little walk every morning to the pool. The location of Regal Palm was also great! It was out away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando, yet close enough to the Disney Parks! We really enjoyed everything about the condo and Regal Palm, and Simon was very informative and efficient! We would definitely stay here again!

Great townhouse, clean, spacious and most of all, great location within complex. Unlike other units at the same location, this one is very close to the pool complex, club house etc. We did not have to get in a car to drive to the pool! Within easy drive to all attractions and great for families!

The house and the Resort is sprayed for bugs once a quarter/3 months
The house was re-sprayed as soon as the guest alerted us to this issue after they left (we could not spray while they were in residence for Health & Safety reasons)
There was no sign of any live or dead bugs 24 hours later
Having said that, Florida is a Tropical Environment. Hot & humid. Bugs are a fact of life here and EVERY property suffers from their occasional invasion no matter what we all try to do to prevent it.
Please do not believe anyone to tells you anything different. We do the best we can although guests can do a lot to help themselves by not leaving uneaten food, stick sweet drinks and dirty crockery all over the house, which is an open invitation for bugs to pay a call......

-The check-in/out in reception area was flawless. Really fast and helpful, and when we needed tickets, they helped us out as well! -We were somewhat disappointed about the house. Initially when we arrived, it looked nice with table set, and all towels etc nicely made up as swans. But after a closer look, the house presented itself "tired". The furniture was worn/stained, holes in pillows, table edge had part cracked off, when we opened drawer in hallway upstairs the entire door fell of hinges and cover over A/C unit fell off..... (these last two things was reported, and fixed next day though). And especially the the kitchen was disappointing. There was a bare minimum of pots/pans (missing lids), and the standard in general was below average! -We really enjoyed the pool area. It was well and nicely maintained, with very friendly staff. BIG plus! -To improve, you need to give the house a interior overhaul, with new furniture and kitchenware. This would raise the bar considerably! -Would we come back? Maybe. The location gave quite a lot of driving no matter what you had to do - unless shopping in Publix :-) But on the other hand, this made it nice and quiet with absolutely no traffic noise etc. So pro's and con's on the location. But definitely, for the price we would expect a nicer interior standard.

We are glad Soren enjoyed his stay and the Resort met expectations. The kitchen has been upgraded. All pots and pans have been replaced old for new (although some of the pans come without lids) & utensils added to, above & beyond the standard inventory list. All sheets have been replaced completely, although evidence of "holes in the pillows" could not be found. Any damages reported have been repaired, and redecorated where needed. We are disappointed Soren did not report these issues while in residence as most were fixed in minutes after he left...The next guest then reported what a high standard the house was in (??)

We arrived and were greeted by the nicest staff (Disney quality) at the front desk. The room was ready before the check-in time which was great because we arrived on Christmas day and nothing was open. We enjoyed a buffet supper at the restaurant on the property and had a really nice young man as our server, then visited the pool and walked home. The home was clean and the bed was comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked - dishes, cookware, etc. I would have loved one or two packs of coffee, especially since nothing was open. The other suggestion I would have is that the unit have a binder with info on close by restaurants, instructions on the appliances, etc. We thought the townhouse had wifi so we were a bit disappointed that we would have to go to the clubhouse to use it and also we thought long distance phone calls were included, but honestly, after you look at so many rentals they all run together. It was a bit of a distance from the parks - especially during the holidays.

The resort itself was great, the pool area was a huge hit...food by the pool is a little pricey for what you get, but i guess thats what convienence costs. The townhome was nice and spacious, but with four TVs, only one remote worked. We also hadf a minor issue with a broken TV in master, but the next day it was fixed. The only Major downfall was that there was a few roaches in the bathrooms and kitchen...YUCK! Other than that...it did the trick

If the owner was not so sincere I would not have recommended his home. Yet to have an owner who is truly sincere in trying to make your stay the best proves to make all things worth while. The resort itself was nice, the swimming area was great for the kids. The unit needed minor adjustment but after contacting the owner they were accomodating. We had six people and the unit fit us nicely. Overall our stay was pleasant and I would gladly deal with this owner again.

Here is an example of a lovely guest who had a minor problem, but who contacted Management immediately & as a result it was dealt with. Things break & sometimes this is when the guest is in residence. We ask all guests to contact our local Management Company if they experience a problem so it can be resolved immediately. This was a nice place to stay during my vacation, the house was clean, I found everything I needed that was like to be in my own house. I couldn't find a blender but it didn't mess up my vacation. The kids enjoyed the pool. It has a slide, lazy river. We had more fun using the slide, and splashing into the water than swimming in the pool. The only thing that I didn't like was to get signal in my phone. I had to be standing next to the window, because we had poor reception in the house. But if you have read the website you notice this advice before you rent the house. That was close to the parks almost 20 minutes to Disney and 30 minutes to Universal. I enjoyed my stay and I am definitely coming back to this place.

The town house was o.k. The rug down stair was dirty and lots of stains. The town house floor plan was great. Location was ok but about 15 miles from walt disney. Nothing was really around the town house such as clubs or bars. It was o.k..besides the dirty rug down stairs.

The property was great. The pool was awesome and the people was very friendly. The condo was very spacious 3 bedrooms with there own baths. The only complaint I had was there were sugar ants. I called mgmt. and they were great. There were there the next day (as I called late the day before). They sprayed. You could not leave any food on the counter - we put it on the kitchen table in bags. The only thing I believe is this is common in Florida, however, they should spray everday or leave spray for tenant to take care of. But, I guess I could have called back to have them come out each day. Just didn't want to bother anyone. I would absoultely go back in a heartbeat. This was a memorable getaway. The resort is a great place to relax with the family and unwind. The kids loved the lazy river and waterslide. I love that the water level was not to deep as well so i felt like the kids were safe as i have younger children. The condo was nice and clean and a comfortable stay. The resort is close to everything in a short driving distance. Would definately stay here again. They also had great programs planned for children. kareoke, scavenger hunts, movie by the pool and many other games.

This vacation rental was phenomenal for the price. My mother, father, sister, wife and I stayed for 6 nights from the end of April to the beginning of May and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We really only spent the evenings at Regal Palms because we spent the days at the Disney and Universal theme parks, but we did get to go to the Regal Palms pool area once and had fun. Here is a quick list of the top 5 things we loved about the place and the top 5 things we wish had been different: 1) The townhome was beautiful and clean. 2) We think it was absolutely the best place we could have stayed for the price. 3) We loved that we had cable and a TV in every bedroom. 4) The front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. 5) The place was close to the theme parks and shopping and felt safe and secure. - We also loved that there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. 1) The beds and couches were comfortable, but not up to par with a nice hotel. Some sagged in the middle and squeaked a lot. 2) There were many things in the closets for pool and beach use, but two of the flotation devices had holes and leaked air. 3) It could have just been our bad luck, but the crowd at the pool when we went was very scketchy. It was very crowded and many of the people were heavily tatooed, pierced, and used foul language. It didn't feel very safe and ruined our time at the pool. 4) The pool, lazy river, and waterslide were nice, but much smaller that we were thinking they would be. They were also a little murky and dirty, but this was probably just due to the very large number of people using them. 5) We admit that we are addicted to the internet, but not having any access to the internet without going to the clubhouse was more frustrating that we thought it would be, so just be aware of that. (We were of course, aware of that when we made our reservation.) We weren't aware that we wouldn't have have any cell phone service. (We use AT&T and have iPhones.) - Oh, we also didn't have any dish soap, coffee filters, or enough towels. Overall however, our experience was fantastic, and even with these small things, we would come back again. We just think it's helpful to know these things ahead of time. There truly isn't a better place to stay if you're on a budget and want a fantastic Disney vacation.

The accommodation was excellant. Definately a home from home. All facilities needed in a house were there. It was safe, clean and in a great location with supermarket next door and good restaurant within walking distance and many others close by. The check in and out were godd and the resort staff could not do enough for us. To come back late afternoon and be able to find a place to sit by the pool was a bonus and we loved the lazy river and water slide. My 4 year old went down 43 times after a full day at Disney world. We stayed at the Regal Palms Feb 26th thru March 3rd. The accomodations were good. Check in took some time because of only 1 clerk at the desk. The townhouse was aveeage as far as cleanliness, not sparkling but not filthy. The rooms were ample with no bells and whistles. I was satisfied with this. The problem was with the pool area and the employees there. There were quite a few late teens/early 20's kids that took over the pool and slide. The language was unacceptable and many workers in the area ignored this behavior. These young men were going down the slide in groups of 8-10, nearly hitting my daughter, who was swimming at the bottom. It got so bad that we left the pool area. The towl/pool guy was unattantive to this and was only interested in smoking and girls that would go by. The outside bar was closed on several nights for no particular reason and the inside barmaid was rude and less than helpful. Check out was smooth. The resort is quite a distance to Disney/Universal sttudios, so be prepared to drive.

The resort portion of our stay had very few issues. The grounds were very nice, clean and well appointed. Any problems surrounded the home we rented, 109 Cambria. The description indicated an upscale residence with all the ammenities. What we found was not quite as promised. The layout was nice and functional. However, beds were less than standard and in fact i would describe them as bargain basement. Even the cheapest hotel/motel has much superior quality beds and bedding. Towel service was lacking in that there were not enough for our full house. The resort staff indicated that we were not allowed more. Furniture was older and worn. At one point we thought of trying the pull out sofa for a few nights to accomodate our numbers. It turned out to be of the cheapest quality and in fact when we opened the mattress we found a large feces stain. Needless to say we did not use it and two of our guests slept on sofas. We had issues with broken door handles, the front door did not fit properly and required slamming to close, bruned out light bulbs, and a dryer that was so plugged up that laundry required three or four cycles to partially dry. Most of these were fixed on our last day by maintainence who showed us a bucket full of lint in the dryer pipe. Fortunately we spent most of our time away from the house. The house was as cleam as possible but carpets were still staines and old. This house was not what we expected.

We stayed here with our family over Christmas. Simon was very easy to work with and gave accurate directions. We would most certainly rent from him again in the future. As for the house it was neat and tidy. The reception desk was always helpful and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, although it was a little cool. But then again, the weather had dropped to the 50s for a couple days. The restaurant was nice for those evenings when all were exhausted from the parks. I highly recommend this property.

We have rented from reagal Palms several years however we rented from Simon this year and it was the best exsperience we have ever had there. Our stay was pretty nice. The condo is pretty clean and comfortable. We booked though Simon which he made very simple. Checking in/out was easy and fast. The pool area is nice but the water was NOT warm as it was stated that it was heated to 82 degrees all year round. The only other thing is it is not quite as close to Disney as it says. If you don't want to stay at Disney, this is a great alternative.

Greeting at reception desk was slow, but friendly. Accommodations were clean and roomy. Unfortunately, we were missing many items on our inventory list (i.e. towels, broom, dishware), but once again reception desk immediately delivered items we deemed necessary to make it through the week. I guess we were to only have one bag of kitchen garabage and run the dishwasher just once as we were only provided with the one kitchen can garbage bag and one package of dishwasher detergent. When I asked for additional quantities of these items at the reception desk I was told that was their standard issue. Never enough towels for patrons wanting to enjoy the fabulous lazy river, waterslide and pool!!! Overall, very pleased with our accommodations!

Problems encountered was a promise of wi-fi in the house but that was not the case making it difficult to attend to my work as needed. The house was clean and situated in a great place on the resort, just a short walk to the pool, fitness centre, etc. The set up was fantastic though overall. This was our first time renting a house on a holiday (always hotels previously) and with the price comparable to a good hotel, there's no question this is the way to go.

My family REALLY enjoyed our stay at your home. It was beautiful, so clean, the beds were wonderfully comfortable, and we were really able to relax. Our three-year-old settled right in, and that made such a difference for us. Days at the pool and the lazy river were great, the other guests and the staff were so friendly, and it was nice being in the back of the complex were it was so quiet with no traffic (another plus for a family). Everything Disney was a quick 20 minute drive away, and we really, truly can't think of anything that would have made our stay better. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

I think fantastic would sum up our short vacation. The weekend turned into a mini family reunion and it was wonderful. The pool, slide and lazy river were used daily, even by the adults. We are looking forward to going back again. It was so wonderful to not stay in a hotel room, have a full kitchen, and even more amenities. Thanks for everything, Simon. It was great. We'll be back.

The home was much better then shown in pictures. We were a family of four but this home could easily accommodate a family of 6-8 people. The pool was amazing and the staff wonderful. I would definitely recommend this home to all my friends. Just 15-20 min to Disney and many attractions.

The Regal Palms is a wonderful spot for a great vacation. The accommodations were spectacular including a television in each bedroom, three conveniently located fully furnished bathrooms, and spacious living areas. The condo we rented was about the furthest away from the pool/workout area and was only a couple blocks away. The location of the Regal Palms is close enough to the parks to be convenient, but far enough away to escape the crowds.

This home was the perfect vacation spot for my family. My daughter who is 5 and learning to swim was absolutley addicted to the 3 foot pool. It was perfect for our purposes. Close to disney and all the attractions. The home was absolutely beautiful and the owner Simon made everything extremely smooth and easy for me. Everyone that actually works at the resort are friendly and very helpful with anything that you may need. I can't wait for the next time we plan a trip to orlando. I will definitely be looking up Simon again. He was on top of all the arrangements and I felt very at ease dealing online with him.

Regal resort was a wonderful place. The home that we rented was just like simon stated. It was close to disney and the pool was great. You had to buy your own floats. The home was wonderful. The carpets needed to be cleaned but overall we would return. No problem with communications either.

Overall it was nice, but feel that it is worth mentioning that the sink was stopped up in the master bath and the shower curtains had tons of mold and mildew on them. There were cobwebs on the lights. Basically we felt that it wasn't cleaned very well and we had to clean for ourselves. The cleaning people expected a tip. Sorry, that didn't happen. The pool was awesome!

We stayed at the Regal Palms in #250 which was the 4 BR sleeps 10 property by thsi same owner. It was EXACTLY as described and we had the BEST time! It took us only 15 mins to get to the parks! The pool and clubhouse are just as pictured and our 4 boys loved the pool with the water slide and the lazy river. I would NOT hesitate to recommend this resort and this property to any friends or relatives that are heading down to Disney. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in FLorida!!

Dear Simon, I would like to take the opportunity to express my gratitude to you for allowing me the pleasure of vacationing in your home(regal palms resort). My husband and I have been planning for about a year a Florida vacation which included sights of Disney World. When I saw your advertisement on the web I have to admit that I was sceptical of is it too good to be true, I then spoke with you and it had calmed a lot of fears. Everything that you assured me would happen did and that made us enjoy our vacation very much. Upon arrival I was greeted by warm friendly faces at the reception desk and they help answer any and all questions no matter how small. I walked into the house and wow was it clean, how refreshing it was to come to a place that was about comfortably. We did the tour of the house and then unpacked and settled in for the night.ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzz The rest of the week was full of activities of Disney and then we took in the amenities of the pool, restaurant, fitness room and massage. Simon thank you for the 'thank you gifts they came in handy. My husband was a little child who played endlessly in the pool especially the lazy river. I loved the fitness room but also the massage was Amazing. We wanted to thank you once again and are looking to stay again real soon as well as pass the experience on to friends and family members.

We have not had a vacation for over 6 years and when we have been in Florida we usually stay at a Disney Hotel, ie: Grand Floridian, Caribean Beach, etc. With the economy the way it is we could not afford to do that this time. The Regal Palms resort was a lovely spot to stay. The condo was immaculate and exactly as the ad said it would be. The grounds were beautiful and everyone we came in contact with associated with the resort was helpful, kind and professional. The pool area was beautiful. The condo itself was a perfect place to come to after a long, hot day of doing the vacation thing. We thank the owner for being so kind and helpful as well. He has a beautiful home indeed. A vacation we will remember for a long time. We are relocating to that part of Florida next year and we will be sure to tell our family and friends about Regal Palms when they come for a visit or vacation.

My family and I stayed in a four bedroom 3 1/2 bath townhouse at the Regal Palms Resort in Orlando. We had a wonderful time. My kids enjoyed the pool and water slide and that was a great money saver.

My family truly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and spacious. The place was located within 15 min from Disney World. The only bad thing was that what towels were in the house was only towels you can have. No extra toiletpaper and no coffee.

We just returned from a fantastic 10 night stay at the Regal Palms. This was our first vacation with our extended family and our first time renting a condo. We booked through Simon, everything went so smooth. WE could not have asked for more, the condo was very clean, spacious and comfortably housed 7 of us for the duration of our visit. Our 3 year old son had a fantastic time playing in the pool, so much so he would ask to leave the parks (Disney World), during the day so he could swim. It was nice to be able to cook for ourselves while away, the condo came with just about everything you need. We did have some minor troubles with one of the bathrooms but that was quickly repaired by maintenance. All in all beautiful area, grear condo, friendly staff and one unforgetable vacation. I would recommend the Regal Palms to anyone, we would definitley return.

We had a great stay at the Regal Palms. It was all that was promised. The kids especially enjoyed coming home and using the pool after a day at the theme parks. It was great value for us. We had 4 adults,2 kids and a toddler and had lots of room. We would recommend the resort for your stay in the Disnet area.

We (family of 4)stayed for 2 weeks over Christmas/New Year. I did loads of research to find the right place as this was our first time. Simon is right up front with everything this place has to offer with photos and excellent descriptions. He is very friendly and approachabale too and answered all our questions. He couldn't do enough for us and also had lots of insider tips. We would definitely go back.

The house was clean with all the convenient amenities that will help you feel at home. The location was superb, too. Very close to shopping and reasonably close to all the Disney theme parks. The ONLY (and rather minor) downside was that the resort sales reps would constantly call you, trying to get you to attend "resort property presentation." Overall, I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a place to stay for their family vacation. We had a great time.

Everyone is skepitcal to book anything online. Especially when you don't know what you are getting. Have no reqrets when booking with Simon. What he shows in his website is accurate. We spent a week at Simons 3 bedroom house in July and loved every minute of it. It was like a home away from home. The house is well maintained, the resort is great from relaxing and if you have any problems, maintenance will be there to fix it. If you book with Simon, you get great accomodations close to all the major attractions of Orlando at a great cost to you. Disney World is no more than 15 minutes away. Don't think twice and book today

My family and I stayed in Simon's home, and it really was a home away from home and not just a house. The air conditioning was so welcoming after a day at the Parks, the pool was fantastic for the kids and extremely child friendly, so much more entertaining for us all, than a pool in a house where you'll just feel confined. Great location for the restaurants on the 192, only 5 mins away, and also close for the parks. So great to come back to a fab house and be able to have some down time once the kids were in bed, and not feel trapped in the same room. When we decide to go back to florida, this house will be where we're going too!

From Graham, Debbie, Callum & Charlotte, Dot & Alan What a fantastic 3 bedroom house. My mother in law summed it up in just one word upon arrival “Wow”. This house really has the “wow” factor. Very comfortable downstairs and equally spacious upstairs. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms – it’s beautiful, and is one of the best properties I have ever seen as a vacation villa. The children (8 & 5) really loved the pool area, especially the flume and the lazy river. The resort is ideally located to Disney, just a short drive away. Simon Offord owns this beautiful and very well equipped villa and I cannot praise him high enough from the ease of booking to the condition of his property. I would thoroughly recommend him to anybody wanting to book directly. He is extremely honest and very informative about the area. This has got to be the place to stay at! All that remains now is to book a return visit. Callum and Charlotte insist it has to be next year!

This place was wonderful! it was so nice having living space. I will never go back to a hotel room when visiting Florida again. My family recerntly stayed in a 4br 3.5ba townhome. The place was beautiful. My 7 month old daughter loved to float in the lazy river, and would fall asleep in her float everytime. We will be back.

"We had a wonderful time staying in your 3 bedroom house at Regal Palms. The house itself is lovely. Its very spacious, clean and modern looking. The beds were especially comfortable which makes all the difference when you've spent a whole day walking around Theme Parks! Having a fully equipped kitchen is a huge bonus too. There were a few occasions when we had a nice relaxing lunch after spending the morning at the pool.
That brings me nicely to our favourite bit! We thought the swimming pool complex was really fantastic. We managed to take lots of pics of us and the kids on the slide. The lazy river was really good fun, especially as the water is heated! What a lovely way to relax...sitting in a tube, gazing at the beautiful surroundings. Bliss! We had a LOT of fun in the pool. Thanks again for a no-hassle holiday home.
