First floor: Upstairs includes a master bedroom and a twin bedroom. Both rooms have a full private bathroom each. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer is also upstairs.
Entertainment: Entertainment unit in the living room has LCD TV with Blu-ray. In twin bedroom is XBOX 360 LIVE with number of games(*). There is a free wireless high-speed Internet, just bring your laptop.

I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to stay at this resort. The villa was beautiful and clean. The beds were very comfy. The resort was awesome, something for everyone to do. It is a nice place, centrally located so you're not spending all your vacation driving to the attractions.

This condo is located very conveniently near attractions and amenities. Having a grocery store next door is such a bonus in the Orlando area. The owner did a great job of explaining features and how to get around. The bedrooms and baths are very roomy. Beds are comfortable. Main living/dining area is a bit cramped. Cleaning of the unit could be improved and it was disappointing that the advertised XBOX did not exist and that we were unable to access the internet, even though questions/comments were emailed to the owner. The owner was very prompt in addressing all other aspects, so I was surprised that our issues were not resolved during our stay. Other condos we have stayed in have supplied ample dish detergent and toilet paper, but these were minimal at this one. Overall, we will recommend this location to others. Be sure to pick citrus at the nearby grove to enjoy during your stay!

Thank you for the updates Christina. I'm happy you liked your stay. I just replaced the XBOX 360 gaming console since it had some technical problems lately and was often on repair. The new XBOX 360 unit is in the house as of March 2013 and I hope future guests will be able to enjoy it. Thank you again for staying in my villa in Orlando.

Check in was painless, desk person was right on top of everything even at 1130 pm. Rental was as expected per reading other reviews of the rental that we stayed at. There were a couple minor things that needed to be attended to and i reported them to frt desk the next morning and by the time we got back that evening all things were taken care of except for the fact the Listing states they have an XBOX 360 with Live and it was no where to be found in the house, even after reporting that it was not there it never showed up the entire week we were there. On that point the 4 boys that were with us were very dissapointed and we never recieved a reply on why it waou neededs not available for use. The clerk in the store who handed out towels and wrist bands for the water park was very nice and listened very well, he was genuinely interested in helping you out with anything that you needed. Hot tub was awesome and the kids loved the water slide, lazy river was nice as well but would have been better if resort offered some floating rafts or tubes for kids or adults to use instead of purchasing. Also would have liked to see better pillows for the beds instead of the real small ones that were provided. I also had them replace the air filter on furnace unit, it was completely clogged with dirt/dust, but was in very bad shape and did not want my family breathing in the dust particles of the filter. I would def agree to go back to this resort in the future if we plan another family trip to Florida

We stayed for a week and had a great esperience at this resort. The house was very comfortable and very nice decorated. Everything was clean and we pretty much had all the comforts of home. Beautiful place! Disney is very close and at the end of a long, fun day at the parks we were able to come back "home" and rest. The children han an amazing time enjoying the water slide and we all enjoyed the lazy river. Im already planning my next stay at the end of August 2012. we just love this place!!!

We had a great first time family vacation at the Regal Palms Resort. It was clean, the staff were fantastic and the town houses suited our needs. The thing we loved the best was the whole pool area, we spent many hours here soaking up the sun in the lazy river and our son was amused with the water slide. When we go back we definitely use this resort again!

We just got back from a short trip to Florida to visit the theme parks. This was so easy! It was nice having the resort watermark; we were able to go for a swim before catching our flight out. It's an easy drive to the parks, and great to have a grocery store (a big Publix) right on the corner. I'd do it again.

We enjoyed this rental which had more space than we had hoped for. It was clean, well appointed and comfortable. We did have some trouble finding it and stopped at a restaurant to ask directions. Would you believe, the waitress also cleans at the resort and was able to give us exact directions. It is close enough to Disney that we were able to take a break from activities at the Magic Kingdom, go "home", eat/rest, and return for the evening. One downer: we didn't have time to enjoy the pool due to time constraints and cool weather. Perhaps next time.

July 22/2011 We stayed for two weeks in a house that is privately owned and managed on 110 Napoli Rd. It is exceptionally well maintained and definitely clean. The furnishing and decor are very well done and the house is comfortable and very well equipped (Wi-Fi, LCD TV’s, cable, gaming console, DVD player...). Great thing, every room has a bathroom which was very convenient in our case. The beds were comfortable with upgraded mattresses. We enjoyed the pool area, rec-room and resort restaurant. The activities that take place are also fun, resort staff was always friendly and in the move to keep this beautiful place in a perfect order. Love the fact that pool towels were provided, saves carrying everything around. The parks are only about 30 min. from the house so it was really convenient. The supermarket and a few restaurants were only 5 minutes away. Overall experience, excellent. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. Luc, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

My friend along with our sons stayed at this resort. It was way more than what I expected. The townhome was clean and supplied all of our needs. It was very spacious and made me truly feel as if I were in my own home. We had a great time sitting pool side catching tans and eating at the Tiki bar was great. I would sugges that anyone looking to visiting the spa, to set up and appointment way in advance. They were booked during the stay. I did not have the oppurtunity to visit the on site gym however I did job around the neighborhood and I felt 100% safe. If I were to ever visit Orlando again, I would definitely stay herel. You get a lot of bang for your buck. Staying at a Disney resort would have been costly for less, but here it was less costly and got more. I would definitely suges this to anyone looking to come to Orlando.
