GREAT Offers Regal Palms Close to pool

We loved the great price on the condo. When we arrived we noticed the tile floors were sticky and within a few hours all of our socks and/or feet were black from the dirt on the carpet. The condo had plenty of room for our family and felt prettty comfortable except for the cleanliness and the problem of ants. We actually purchased large ziploc bags to store all of our food in to avoid the ants, if we left dishes or food out at night, we would have ants all over the counters in the morning. . Overall we enjoyed our stay but they really need to address the dirty floors throughout the uniits, as I spoke with many other guests in different units who experienced the same problem. The housekeeping really needs to be addressed at this resort, after taking the trash bag out of the kitchen trash can, I noticed the inside of the can was fiilthy, with food that we had not even had, in the bottom of it. I actually washed the can out myself. We were disappointed in the resort policy of no coolers or outside food or alcohol allowed in the pool area, it seems they want you to buy it all from their overpriced bar and restaraunt. If I stayed here again I would try to find a unit not managed by the same company.

Regal palms was a great town house, clean, comfortable and near to all theme parks. Complex with pool, bar restaurant etc was equally good and the staff very helpfull. I will certainly reccommend this property to others. Many thanks

The place was great... very clean and well equipped with bath towels, kitchen equipments and linens. very close to walgreens, eateries and two amusements park. everything in the house was functional. Owners were very friendly to provide info; but the management company in orlando was not too friendly and supportive. Had a great time with my family..

It looks exactly as pictured on the outside. Appeared clean inside, but bedspreads were dirty. Need to be replaced or at least washed for guests. There is no FREE Wi-fi as the ad says. You can't even get a signal, unless maybe you have Verizon. Bring your own floats for the lazy river, b/c none are provided. There are big roaches in the condo, we killed 5, very frustrating. We also had a problem with ants and had to keep opened foods, such as cereal in the microwave. The place needs to be sprayed for bugs. The twin mattresses need to be replaced. You can feel the springs in one of them. Bring your own tissue & trashbags, because they don't give you enough for the week. There was also only enough wash cloths for 4 people, so we had to continually wash, there were 7 of us. If we had been told to bring our own wash cloths, tissue, trashbags, and floats, I wouldn't be so irritated, b/c we could've brought these items from home and saved money. And get the renter's phone # before you go, I didn't and so was unable to contact them. There is internet in the lobby, but its as slow as dial-up. So good luck! Sorry for the negative comments, just keepin it real, so hopefully the next guests won't go through this. My advice to the owner is to check after your so called cleaners! If a person pays a cleaning fee, they are expecting CLEAN!!!

Ótima casa situada bem perto da Disney, com atendimento gentil e eficiente pelo administrador do condomínio; confortável e com vários restaurantes e lojas próximas. Unico porém é que a casa não está muito equipada com utensílios de cozinha; precisamos comprar panos de prato, potes herméticos, toalhas de banho e bowls... Merecia um cuidado maior com estes utensílios... De resto, a casa e o tratamento dispensado pelo administrador superaram minhas expectativas. A uma quadra da casa existe um centro comercial -Old Town- e um parque -Fun Spot- que eram uma opção de distração para as crianças para qualquer hora. Recomendamos.

The townhouse was clean, spacious, quiet and welcoming. My family really enjoyed staying in DisneyDelight and will recommend to others. The owner, Steve was very efficient and responsive.

We stayed for just a few days, however I would have stayed for a month if I could. The home was beautiful.. the area was nice, the property & pool, along with staff was outstanding.

We have just returned from our holiday in Orlando Florida. We stayed in this beautiful town house at Regal Palms Resort. It was very spacious and exceptionally clean. The resort is well run and the staff are very helpful We can’t wait to return next year again. We highly recommend this accommodation Mike & Pip 2011

I would have given it a 4 star if not for the uncomfortable mattresses or the farther drive to Disney (about 25 minutes). Each bed was the same stiff, broken down mattress. The pool area was nice but unsupervised. I did not care for the atmosphere, children jumping down the slides and teens making out in the lazy river. I was also surprised by the $250 hold on my credit card. I have never had more than $50 held so I was extremely irritated by such a high hold.

We had a four bedroom, three bath townhouse. While we asked for a newly decorated model, we got one that was just okay. The gals that checked us in were very helpful. We had to have bulbs replaced in the bathroom and bedroom and the maintance man was also very pleasant. I feel they should do a better job of checking all the lights and kitchen ware prior to someone coming into the property. We had no corkscrew, spatula, and other utensils. The townhouse was clean but really worn. The workout area was very worn too. The store was gone. Then pools were great except for the flying bugs that were annoying.
