THE HOUSE
Our quiet, modern 4 bedroom 3 bathroom air conditioned house has an executive furnishings package and includes a large Living Room & Dining Area with 42" flat screen cable tv, dvd, telephone, wifi internet, fully equipped Kitchen, & Laundry room with washing machine/tumble dryer
The bedrooms comprise two Master Ensuite Bedrooms (one King, one Queen) & two twin bedrooms with 2 single beds in each. The Queen Master Bedroom is on the ground floor, the other 3 bedrooms are on the first floor.
The 2 Master Bedrooms benefit from their own private en suite bathroom with "supersize" oval bath. The 2 twin bedrooms share one bathroom. All bedrooms have TV with remote. The King Bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe & all wardrobes are double size.
All the larger rooms have ceiling fans for extra comfort.

Great for a large family

We rented a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom Townhouse from Simon at Regal Palms Resort in March 2013. Our family consists of my husband and myself and 4 teens, ages 15 to 19. We had considered a two bedroom hotel room prior to seeing this rental option. We were very happy with the space that this townhouse gave us v.s. trying to survive a week in a hotel room. The townhouse was very clean and nicely furnished. The first floor consists of the living room, kitchenette and dining area which were small but comfortable. Also on the main floor was a small bedroom with a Queen bed and a 3 piece bathroom. The second floor consists of a spacious master bedroom with a King bed (which was very comfy) and an adjoining private bathroom. As well, two other small bedrooms with two twin beds in each and a 3 piece bathroom to share between the two. The main floor was approximately 700+ sq feet and the 2nd floor was approximately 600+ sq feet. Over all this was a very spacious option as compared to putting six people into a hotel room. The resort area was nice but also quite small, our kids enjoyed the heated pool and the hottub. We didn't really use it much, only 2 hours in total as we were on the go to parks and shopping most of the week. The house that we rented was in a secure gated area and about 15 minutes from the disney parks. The only negative aspect were the kids room sizes...but considering the alternative, our group all in a hotel room, we were very comfortable. I would definitely rent this town house again in the future as it had the feel of going "home" after long days in Orlando.

Nice place for a family stay

Thank you for the rental. It was very nice! We loved how spacious it was and our son appreciated the Toy Story bedcovers in the kids room. The pool area was nice. We regret the weather was not very warm during our stay so we were not able to take full advantage of the pool and slide like we would have liked. The location was easy to access from Disney and the airport. The booking process was straightforward. Yes we would rent from you again.

Everything Was Awesome !!! We Didn't Even Get A Chance To Use The Pool / Resort Area Because We Were So Busy With Disney, Universal, And Both Of The Downtown Disney And City Walk Areas. But We Checked The Pool Area Out And It Looked Great. And Unbelievable That We Were Literally Seconds Away From A Nice Grocery Store, Gas Station, And Even A Hair Salon. Check In And Out Was Fast And Super Easy.....the House Was Huge And Beautiful..... We Had Breakfast Every Morning And Did Some Laundry Too......we Didn't Want To Leave.....and For Sure Would Come Back Again.............gate Keys Were Nice And Easy, As Well As The Key Code For The House Key. Once I Drove A Couple Times Back And Forth To Disney Areas And Home It Was A Breeze....even At Night Time. Great Communication And Easy Payment Through Paypal. Thank You So Much And Hopefully We Can Go Back In A Few Years And Stay Again. We Will Also Be Recommending Your Home To All Of Our Friends And Family....and My Customers As Well. The pool was nice and warm.We loved the water slide. We did not try any food but the pizza smelled good! The kids enjoyed the arcade. The house was clean and comfortable.the kitchen had all the utensils you need to prepare a meal. beds were comfortable.would go again

Great place to vacation with kids!!! My children enjoyed the pool and slide and thr house was very clean and in great condition. Looked just as the pictures did online. Owner was friendly and gave all correct information and no surprises. Highly recommend this property and resort...we had a wonderful vacation.

I was thrilled when I first walked through the door of your property. It was beautifully furnished and had all the basic conveniences needed to enjoy a worry free vacation. It was equipped with pots & pans, plates, bowls, dishes as well as serving utensils and silverware. The booking process was quick and painless. We received a prompt response and confirmation. The instructions provided in the email made checking in a breeze. The Resort was magnificent. The Lazy River and the Water Slide were the rave of our party members. One suggestion I have is to cool the pool a little on the really hot days. It is not refreshing to get into a pool that is about 85 degrees in 90 plus degree weather. The food was reasonably priced and the Tiki Bar staff were friendly and attentive. I had a chance to meet Kara, Amy, Joe, Dave, and Matt. They were all great but I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Amy and Kara. They made our stay a pleasurable one and their kindness to my wife, friends and me will not be forgotten. I really enjoyed the food from the grill and the barbecue spare ribs. They were delicious. The couple of times they had a DJ on-site was fun as well. He played every genre and had everyone there participating in the activities from toddlers to seniors. My favorite spot was the Tiki Bar and my only complaint was the flies in the bar area during the day. At night, they were all but gone. We are definitely returning to the Regal Palms Resort and booking with Simon. He was patient with us and took time to answer each of our questions and ease our fears about booking on the Internet. When we lost out on a unit because of our own insecurities, he quickly emailed us and provided us another opportunity to stay at this wonderful Resort. He is a true professional.

The booking process was easy, and check in was easy. We stayed five nights, we had a few minor issues but it was resolved, and we had a very a good stay .We are making plans to stay again next year. The condo was very clean and located very close to everything we needed. The lazy river was great and everybody was very friendly. It was great stay cant wait to do it again.

The house was nice and clean. All amenities were in fine working order. The resort was fabulous. My daughter (age 2) never wanted to leave the pool. We had friends come over and use the facilities and they were very impressed. Close to Disney and all other attractions. Only used a half tank of gas all week.
