Description of the Orlando vacation villa rental

Our luxury 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa has all you will need for a wonderful holiday.
A lovely pool & spa with extended deck area, which is not overlooked and luxury poolside furniture.
Both master bedrooms have King size beds, en-suite bathrooms, and direct access to the private pool area which has sun all day long.
The twin rooms are beautifully decorated, & one is a Disney themed room for the younger guests, featuring Winnie the Pooh, Cars, Spongebob Squarepants & Pirates of the Caribbean.
A spacious lounge with a large flat screen HD TV with cable TV and Premiership Football channel.
There is a fun games room with pool table, foosball & air hockey, we also have a PS2 games console and games.
A fully equipped kitchen including a giant fridge/freezer with ice maker for those long cool drinks by the pool.
A separate laundry room with all facilities.
We provide a free phone card, free cot, free booster chair and free stroller.
A computer with free broadband.
Located in Calabay Parc at Tower Lake this peaceful gated community has a beautiful lake with a fishing pier so you can try your hand at Bass fishing.
Just 15 mins from Disney and close to all amenities. Located near all the major routes for easy access to either coast and tourist destinations.

Although based in a quiet location there are lots of amenities close by.
Large supermarket just 2 mins away, Super Walmart 2 mins away. 24 hr Wallgreens chemist.
Champions Gate golf course nearby, Southern Dunes, ranked 6th in Florida, is next door.
Just off the I4 means easy access to Disney World and the theme parks.

The location of this house is very good, just a couple of minutes to the I4, a lot easier than trying to battle through Highway 192 every day! A quite gated community, no building going on here, 2 mins drive is Wallmart and all the usual stores, there is a great Denny's diner just off the I4 as well as other great places to eat close buy if your too tired to cook. The house, first of all it was in the very highest order, clean fresh & modern. The two master bedrooms have doors that access the pool, lounge area was very comfortable and homely, kitchen was perfectly equiped and clean. We all loved the games room and the pool area, again vey clean and perfectly maintained. A great place, we will return.

What a wonderful place you have! Attractive, immaculate, and tastefully furnished, in a lovely neighborhood. The proximity to Disney & other attractions, shopping, and restaurants was so convenient, but we really would have been just as happy staying home enjoying the pool and game room all day! We walked into the villa and we thought WOW it was amazing. Everything was so clean and spacious. All of the furniture was so modern. The Pool was so big and so refreshing also the spa was very relaxing. The bedrooms were so cosy and neat. The bathrooms were very nice and very modern. The games room was out of this world the kids really enjoyed the games room every night they would go in there for hours. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was very handy having a large washing machine and a tumble dryer saves on washing when you get home. You must go to Mannys Chophouse where the locals eat. Not expensive and the food was lovely. Overall we had a fantastic holiday!

Beautifully furnished and equipped villa with pool, spa and extras. Everything you could wish for. Far enough away from the hussle and bussle of central Orlando for some peace and quiet, but a convenient 15 minutes away from most atractions. We enjoyed our stay and will be looking to rent again next time we go to Florida
