Through the large patio doors you enter the oversized lani which contains the pool. With 30ft of swimming pool there's plenty of space to keep cool in the summer and enjoy throughout the year with the heated option. Located on the US 27 appox. 5 miles north of the 192. Locally there is a range of supermarkets, the Wal-Mart supercenter is appox. 3.5 Miles away, Clermont is a further 10 miles north on the 27. Golf courses are plentiful, the nearest is within a 15 min drive, there are over 150 golf courses within the Orlando area.
