This 2-story, luxurious, brand new 2006 villa has 5 BR/3 en-suite masters, 4.5 BA and a 30'x15' heatable pool with SPA, sleeps up to 12 people comfortably. The villa has wireless high speed internet and fully air conditioned game room with pool table, foosball and game cube. There is gas BBQ too. It is 10 minutes from Disney World, 5 minutes away from Champions Gate golf course and near all the major attractions.

There is a screened-in private heated pool and spa with safety fence for your relaxation. The community has tennis court and children play ground. We use a highly recommended Management Company with friendly, 24-hour support for our guests.

This was a great house. Love the location.It was only six mile from Disney Park, so we were able to take a break and have the kids swim. The house provided everything we needed. Would definitely rent this house again. Highly recommended

i wanted to let you know the home was beyond our expectations, from the pool to the jacuzzi to the spaces rooms , we enjoyed our stay very much , the home is decorated very nicely and is very comfortable, after spending a day at the parks is was nice to come home to and relax i would highly recommend using your company to anyone , thank you

The home was very large and spacious. There was a total of 11 people in our group and plenty of room. The children enjoyed the pool and gameroom, and the adults enjoyed the children being entertained. The only problem, next door neighbor, who also rented a villa that complained when the kids were in the pool. We would come in from the theme parks and the kids would jump in the pool. He would put his kids down for the night and yell out at our kids to be quiet. He even knocked on the door one night and spoke w/my husband about the kids in the pool. The reason we rented a home was so the kids could swim at night. Overall we loved it!!!

 

 Wonderful time at Disney, July 2, 2008

This was our 4th time to Disneyworld, but the first time we rented a home. The experience was fantastic. Accomodations were better than expected and the location was very close to the Disney parks. We shared the home with friends and had plenty of room. The game room had nice features; billards, air hockey, fooseball and darts. All bedrooms were well equipped and the b3eds were comfortable. The reason for 4 stars vs. 5 is the following: Kitchen was a bit small. Had to set up the DVD player in the master bedroom and family room. Wireless was a bit unreliable (it may have been my laptop). The key question is whether or not I would stay at this home again and the answer is an absolute YES!

Our trip was enjoyed immensely by all family members. We visited some of the theme parks, took in a Major League Baseball game and spent a few days shopping. We found that The Solana accommodation was central to all of our interests, very satisfying. We plan on contacting this same Company when we schedule future trips; it's been a pleasure to deal with you.

We had a group of 7 stay in this home. There was plenty of space and the amenities were just fine. During our stay, there were a couple little things wrong, but the owner was kind and remedied in a very equitable fashion. This home was very convenient to Disney which was our main goal. Also, two very close grocery stores. Winn Dixie was more expensive but much less crowded than Super Wal-Mart. Make sure to pay for pool heat if you are renting in spring as the temp dropped 20 degrees at night. (from 70F to 50F) Wish we were back there! :)
