We also have two living & dining areas so it is an ideal property to share with another family.
The patio doors from the family area lead to the pool and patio area which is furnished with table, 6 chairs and 3 sun loungers. We love having breakfast by the pool contemplating the day ahead. On an evening, we also enjoy sitting by the pool with a glass of wine in our hands and watch the sun go down.
As we use the villa for our own holidays and like a touch of luxury, we have carefully furnished our holiday home with everything you could want from 4 star accommodation. We would like you to enjoy your stay as much as we do, so if there is anything we can do to help, all you need to do is ask us & we will do our best to get it for you.
The property is situated on a gated community with 24 hour security so is ideal for a safe, family holiday. As well as the private pool at the villa, the community has 3 outdoor swimming pools, a gym, tennis courts, childrens play area, fishing lake and a club house with restaurant & bar. There is a 24 hour supermarket at the entrance of the community, ideal to get those essentials either before or after your day out. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and a bank all within walking distance of the villa.
I promise you will not be disappointed and will want to come back again & again (we certainly do!)
For those of you who have already been to Disney & want to do something else, the villa is situated only 30 mins drive from the beautiful lakes where you can hire a boat, walk on one of the many nature trails or just take in the breathtaking views. Why not see what the real Florida has to offer?

Fairly clean, very close to all major attractions. Appreciated the juice & milk after a long day of travel. Nice place to come back to after a fun day out. Beds/TV's could do with up grading!

We loved the stay at the house. We enjoyed the pool, and the luxury of having all the necessities of home. Beautiful house and the neighborhood was quiet. We had the fun of seeing the Croc every day. Thank you for they stay.

Let me tell you, this place was great. The one thing that initially caught my eye was that fact that when we got in town late at night there was orange juice, milk, and several other "necessities" waiting on the kitchen counter top. I thought this was a great hospitality gesture. It made us feel like we were right at home. Anyone who has kids knows that small things like this helps out in every way. We did not have to run out to the store late at night to get something for the children. I must say that I would reccomend this place to others and I am looking forward to next year's vacation. GREAT PLACE!
