This luxurious 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom vacation home provides spacious accommodation for up to 10 people. It is located on the prestigious Calabay Parc at Tower Lake gated community on Hwy27,40 minutes from Orlando International Airport, with convenient access to I-4 and just a 15-20 minute drive to the gates of Walt Disney World. This is a great route into the parks as it avoids the traffic delays you may get on the 192.
Universal, Seaworld and other world famous theme parks are all close by,as well as numerous shopping malls, many excellent golf courses and the Florida coast is only 65 minutes away.
Tower Lake Florida Villa is superbly positioned on a large corner lot, close to, with views and access to a excellent fishing lake. The house is fully air conditioned, there is a sparkling heated pool, spa, large private sunny deck and shaded lanai. We provide luxury poolside furniture and sun loungers for you to relax on and there is a large gas bbq grill.
Wi-fi High speed internet and computer are available for you to use and a games room with pool table, air hockey and foosball.
This vacation rental home comfortably sleeps 10 people and has 3 master suites, all have king beds, en-suite bathrooms and cable TV/DVD, 2 king masters are on the first floor (ground level) and the 3rd one is on the second floor (upper floor).
The sleeping accommodation is further made up of 2 twin bedded rooms, both are upstairs on the second floor, they share the 4th bathroom. One of the twin rooms has access to the shared bathroom. All bedrooms have cable TV. We provide, a crib, high chair, stroller, bed linen, towels and hairdryers.
There are 3 dining areas, a breakfast area with table, stools and breakfast bar, a shaded outside lanai for those poolside snacks and a more formal setting in the dining room for those special evening meals.
The villa has a large comfortable lounge area with a 42 inch flat screen TV with 300 digital cable channels (some are HD)and a DVD player. The private family room/den, has a double sofa bed, cable TV and a playstation 2. The fully equipped kitchen has a range, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker and the washer and dryer can be found in the utility room. Off road parking is for 2 cars.
Area Description
Calabay Parc at Tower lake is located on Hwy27, close to I-4 which gives access to Disney World, Universal,shopping malls and numerous golf courses just minutes away.
There are shops (including large Walmart), restaurants, fast food takeaways, banks, gas stations. All are a just 2-5 minute drive.
Southern Dunes Golf and Country club is less than 5 minutes away.

Deposits: A $380 rental deposit is required for bookings of 4-7 nights. The deposit is higher for longer bookings.
The balance of the rental and a refundable $380 security/breakage deposit are required when you make your final payment, 6 weeks before arrival.
We will require full payment when the booking is less than 6 weeks away.
Other Fees: Pool and spa heating: $210 per week.
Rates available for less than 7 nights for some dates,subject to a cleaning charge of $105 and a minimum stay of 4 nights.

Three of us ladies rented this villa for eight days. It was the best vacation we have ever had. The house was more than we ever dreamed of. Lots of room,the pool was a big hit. We had tickets for some parks, but we didn't want to leave the house and when we did,we hurried back to enjoy the house and pool. The mangement was a pleasure to deal with and the owner was also a pleasure to deal with.We plan on going back and staying again in the near future. I would highly recommend this villa to everyone. The pictures on the website are great, but the first step in the house almost takes your breath away with the first sight you see. Again I can only wish that all vacationers enjoy there vacation as much as we did. Thanks to the owner for sharing his home with others. We will be going back to the same villa.
The house was amazing. The rooms were spacious, loved the fact you had a baby high chair, playpen,and stroller for my baby. Nice game room. We really enjoyed our stay.
Our family had a wonderful stay at the Villa. Plenty of room for all of us, the pool was used constantly, the wireless internet was awesome, and TV's in every room made sure no one was fighting over the remote. The management company was very responsive and helpful. If we could we would come year after year!
We had a wonderful vacation and this house was a big, big part of that. Great accomodations, great pool, great location, great neighborhood. The owner was open, friendly and helpful throughout the entire booking process and even went out of his way to make sure that everything was OK once we were there. I hope this house stays on the rental market because we'll certainly book it again.
The Villa that our family stayed in during our 11 day vacation was more than amazing. It exceeded all of our expectations. Every convenience was within the home and all ammenities were close by. The villa was within a short drive to all the major attractions and shopping. Kissimmee Old Town is a must see - try to do that on a Friday or Saturday night. A drive to Daytona Beach is also highly recommended and is a easy 1.5 hour drive. Again, we can't say enough about the home - clean, bright, well maintained and beautiful pool. The villa backed onto green space - very peaceful and nice to look at. If any family is looking for a 5 bedroom Villa, this location fits the bill!

7 Adults stayed in this beautiful,well kept, clean home. Pool and spa were used daily. Games room provided loads of hours entertainment. Washer and dryer .. so convenient! Close to take-outs, banks,grocery store and Walmart. Easy to get to Disney, Universal and Sea World. Lots of closet and dresser space.A few more utensils in kitchen would have been more convenient eg. measuring cups, roasting pan, salt and pepper.
Very quiet safe neighbourhood. Enjoyed ourselves immensely!

We couldn't have asked for a more lovely home than this one. From the spacious layout and nice decor to the fabulous pool and hot tub I would say this house was definitely a 5-star property. It was a quiet family area and it was handy having a Walmart a two minute drive away. The games room was great and everything was good quality and in fine working order. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Florida.
The beautiful pictures advertising the rental don't do the house justice!! All whole family (aged 7-69 years) throughly enjoyed our time at the house. Would recommend to all.

We had a lovely stay in this fantastically spacious house. The pool was great for the kids to cool off in after wearing us out at the theme parks. There is a great games room too! The house is about 2 minutes away from a Super Wal-Mart which was very handy. The house was very clean and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. I must tell you, we had an amazing vacation in your home! It is truly beautiful, honestly, we considered ourselves lucky with the corner lot, we had a vast amount of sun in the back, and the place was huge! The furnishings were perfect. Also, what we viewed on the web was a wonderfully accurate depiction of the interior of the home. Our location in proximity to shopping, groceries, and all of Orlando's sites, including Disney, was perfect!
