Write a review Had lots of room, kitchen had everything you needed, televisions in all the rooms with king size beds, you could adjust the temperature to be different from the top floor to the bottom floor, very quiet and felt very safe in the neighborhood. The only complaint I would have is that the shower heads sucked, I could barely rinse the soap out of my hair. I spoke to the owner and they are going to change this :) Will I go back to this property and would I recommend to family and friends? Most definitely! Our family just returned from visiting the Orlando area last week and stayed at this property. House is spacious and very nicely decorated with a quick 20 minute drive to Disney World Parks. Each family member was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom as well as being able to retreat to a private area when needed (computer area, playing games on the tv in the den or to a complete game room). Also, after long days at Disney World nice to come back home and relax in the pool and jacuzzi. Beautiful place. Really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend it. Short drive to parks, outlet malls. Very quiet area, felt secure. 24 hour Walmart five minutes away. Lots of restaurants in the area. This house is in every way "as" seen in Vics description and pictures of his house with NO surprises. We loved the place, and with two families of three it was more than spacious enough giving everyone personal time if they needed it. Without a doubt one of the nicest cleanest quietest places that we haved stayed at while in Florida.I would highly recommend this house to anyone that is looking for that "perfect" place to stay at while in Florida... Thank you Vic The house was absolutely terrific for our 6 adults and 3 grandchildren. The pool was awesome and the space was extremely comfortable. The game room was a spectacular hit with our grandson. The home was extremely clean and our service request were handled within a 1/2 hour. Definitely an option for the next trip to see Mickey. We thoroughly enjoyed the home; it was the perfect base for golf, shopping, and seeing our kids run the Disney marathon. It's a roomy, clean home with lots of amenities. The neighborhood is nice and secure. We felt at home and completely relaxed. We highly recommend this home and its location. My whole family stayed here over Christmas in 2009 and we loved it! The condo was comfortable and beautiful, the location was great and everyone loved the space and separate bathrooms. It helped us enjoy family time without getting in each other's space too much. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay. Three of us ladies rented this villa for eight days. It was the best vacation we have ever had. The house was more than we ever dreamed of. Lots of room,the pool was a big hit. We had tickets for some parks, but we didn't want to leave the house and when we did,we hurried back to enjoy the house and pool. The mangement was a pleasure to deal with and the owner was also a pleasure to deal with.We plan on going back and staying again in the near future. I would highly recommend this villa to everyone. The pictures on the website are great, but the first step in the house almost takes your breath away with the first sight you see. Again I can only wish that all vacationers enjoy there vacation as much as we did. Thanks to the owner for sharing his home with others. We will be going back to the same villa. We loved our vacation, the house was wonderful, I can't wait to stay again. I highly recommend it to future vacationers. The house was amazing. The rooms were spacious, loved the fact you had a baby high chair, playpen,and stroller for my baby. Nice game room. We really enjoyed our stay. Our family had a wonderful stay at the Villa. Plenty of room for all of us, the pool was used constantly, the wireless internet was awesome, and TV's in every room made sure no one was fighting over the remote. The management company was very responsive and helpful. If we could we would come year after year! We had a wonderful vacation and this house was a big, big part of that. Great accomodations, great pool, great location, great neighborhood. The owner was open, friendly and helpful throughout the entire booking process and even went out of his way to make sure that everything was OK once we were there. I hope this house stays on the rental market because we'll certainly book it again. The Villa that our family stayed in during our 11 day vacation was more than amazing. It exceeded all of our expectations. Every convenience was within the home and all ammenities were close by. The villa was within a short drive to all the major attractions and shopping. Kissimmee Old Town is a must see - try to do that on a Friday or Saturday night. A drive to Daytona Beach is also highly recommended and is a easy 1.5 hour drive. Again, we can't say enough about the home - clean, bright, well maintained and beautiful pool. The villa backed onto green space - very peaceful and nice to look at. If any family is looking for a 5 bedroom Villa, this location fits the bill! Gorgeous accommodations; but comfortable. We had grandchildren with us and it was child-friendly. Pool and spa were used daily. Games room provided loads of hours entertainment. Washer and dryer .. so convenient! Close to take-outs, banks,grocery store and Walmart. Easy to get to Disney, Universal and Sea World. Lots of closet and dresser space.A few more utensils in kitchen would have been more convenient eg. measuring cups, roasting pan, salt and pepper. Very quiet safe neighbourhood. Enjoyed ourselves immensely! The Barnard Family + Co. This was a dream house. The owner was a plesure to deal with. I look forward to our next vacation in this home. We had such a blast in the house, we regreted even going to Universal or Disney. So much to do in the house, beautiful, extreemly spacious, best vacation home I ever stayed at by far. Hope you'll have as much fun as we did there... We couldn't have asked for a more lovely home than this one. From the spacious layout and nice decor to the fabulous pool and hot tub I would say this house was definitely a 5-star property. It was a quiet family area and it was handy having a Walmart a two minute drive away. The games room was great and everything was good quality and in fine working order. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Florida. The beautiful pictures advertising the rental don't do the house justice!! All whole family (aged 7-69 years) throughly enjoyed our time at the house. Would recommend to all. Quiet community, close to necessities. Perfect for us!! Thank-you!! The holiday was superb and the Villa stunning! I will definitely recommend it to anyone thinking of going to Orlando in the future and we will not hesitate to book again with yourself the next time we decide to go.
