Area Description

INDIAN RIDGE / INDIAN RIDGE OAKS/ORLANDO VILLAS

Nestled in a quiet community setting with no through traffic, Indian Ridge and Indian Ridge Oaks are two of the closest rental home communities to Walt Disney World. They are situated off US 192 just three miles west of the junction with World Drive and are minutes from Junction 58a of INTERSTATE 4 [THE I4] and Disney's main entrance but within easy access of Orlando and Sanford Airports which are 40 minutes away. TAMPA INTERNATIONAL is only 50 minutes drive so you have plenty of choice for flightswe do not recommend flights to MIAMI unless you want to spend a day or so discovering other parts of Florida en route to us.

Both communities include many Orlando villas which feature large homes in a country-like setting within a walled in neighbourhood. The community features include several park areas, a large and private community pool, a childrens playground, tennis courts, football field and miles of paved jogging paths. It is easy to start your morning along any of interconnecting pathways of Indian Ridge that ultimately lead to the main children's park at the entrance of the community.

LA BELLE is one of the best ORLANDO VILLAS and one of the many beautiful villas located in INDIAN RIDGE AND INDIAN RIDGE OAKS and has a large private covered pool and spa. Iu is equipped to a veryhigh standard with every home comfort including full kitchen, laundry, linens and air conditioning. You will want for nothing.
Indian Ridge and Indian Ridge Oaks are just five minutes from Disney, and also very convenient for Sea World, Discovery Cove and Universal Studios and all other areas of interest including The Convention Centre. For shopping, Florida Mall and Belz Outlets are both approximately twenty minutes away - the Orlando premium Outlets are even closer.
For general shopping there is a supermarket just 3-4 minutes drive at Champions Gate where you will find PUBLIX Click here for PUBLIX stores and WALGREENS PHARMACY STORES Click here for WALGREEN stores. The new WALMART STORE is just 10 minutes drive away: Restaurants, banks and post office can all be found on the US 192 and in the famous township of CELEBRATION: a must to visit especially if you love al fresco dining and an ORLANDO VILLA.

There are many excellent golf courses located near our ORLANDO VILLA and all with reasonable green fees [remember please it is cheaper to play in the afternoon. Many golf courses offer discount vouchers.

All Disney theme parks are close by as are around 60 golf courses, restaurants and now with easier access to TAMPA with a new access to the I4 just minutes away

La Belle: menas the beautiful one!!IT CERTAINLY IS THAT. As soon as you enter INDIAN RIDGE OAKS and see the ancient FLORIDAIN OAKS you know you are in a peaceful quiet location--to your left a children's park with toys etc, tennis courts and a pool all set in a wonderfully secluded wooded area where locals walk their dogs and pass the time of day--ALL THIS TRANQUILITY, yet minutes from DISNEY-- you can almost smell the MAGIC you are that close. A few yards into this estate we came across LA BELLE--swtunning and splendid from the outside--COULD IT BE THAT GOOD INSIDE!! Open teh door:set teh alarm and look-THE WOW FACTOR-- large lounge with morror, dining room to the right and kitchen. the furnishings-- WOW- WOW--expensive and tasteful. The kids ran--DISNEY ROOM-- listen to their noise--WOW!! To the master suite and bathroom with WALK IN SHOWER, TWIN VANITY UNITS, JACUZZI TUB--WOW, WOWEE!! OUTSIDE--WOW, WOWEE,WOWEE-- a private large pool with thermal cover and SPA-- this just gets bettyer and better!!! THE PRICE $125 PER NIGHT-- that's about $20 per person per night WOW,WOWEE-- a hidden gem--WE PAID $50 PER NIGHT PER PERSON FOR ONE ROOM IN A DOWN TOWN MOTEL LAST YEAR-- share this, share that, queue for thsi, queue for that--NEVER AGAIN WILL WE GO HOTEL/MOTEL!!

We have just returned home from a vacation in this villa and were searching various sites again for next year when we happened on this advert. THIS ADVERT IS SO ACCURATE AND TRUE and teh property hasindeed been updated significantly since the pictures were taken-- the DISNEY room is BRIILIANT but simply done: the redecorated kitchen makes it almost impossible to leave it whist the SECLUDED POOL AND PRIVACY is ideal. THE SPA--100 DEGREES OF LUXURY. OK skinning dipping is not allowed but we broke a few rules!!

this villa lives up to its name and beyond--it is truly beautiful with superb furnishings and fittings and so well maintained--spacious beyond all recognition and so large compared to other three bed roomed villas we have stopped in before.

the large pool with wonderful furniture with privacy we all welcomed-- the privact fence covered in hibiscus plants. the FLOODLIT SPA and POOL just made it so romantic.

we had one complaint-- the furniture was far too comfortable-----

we will be rebooking next year

Daniel from PARIS HERE-- stunning and beautiful-- when we visited we looked at several other villas and concluded -- yours was the best BY FAR-- the location and proximity to all the parks, shops and restauraants was perfect for us.The neighbours were helpful and friendly and we felt like IT WAS HOME FROM HOME.

Although it is only 3 bed rooms it is far bigger than some with 4 bed rooms-- the lounge area was large and the POOL AND SPA-- tres magnifique.
