This 2,011 sqft villa has 4 Bed/3 Bath/2
Master-Ensuites with a 30'x15' pool/hot spa, 42" plasma TV, free high-speed internet (WiFi), game room and BBQ grill, TV in every room, free long-distance calls, conveniently located in Hamlet at
West Haven, a gated community next to Champions Gate Golf Resort (2 golf courses) off I-4, just 4 miles (1 exit away) to the main gates of Disney World.

This 2,011 square feet villa is very roomy and bright, owed to its cathedral ceilings and bay windows design by the #1 home builder - US Home. It is luxuriously furnished and beatifully decorated by the professional interior designer. The villa has two master en-suites with its own large private bathroom, one with king-size bed and one with queen-size bed, two guest rooms with two twin beds in each, and a queen size sofa sleeper. It comfortably sleeps 2 to 10 people.

The southeast facing swimming pool and spa bring in the beautiful Florida sunshine all day long. Both the pool and spa can be optionally heated. The Lanai is fully screened to keep the bugs out while allowing the sunshine to come in. The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence and gate.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an open bar, a beautiful
separated dinning and a breakfast nook. Phones, Cable TVs, a DVD, VCR, Gamecube® in the family room. Bed linen and towels are provided. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. High chair, crib, and stroller are also available. The unlimited long-distance calls within US and Canada are free. High-speed intenet with wireless network is free of connection and use anywhere in the villa. Large bright air-conditioned game room has brand new standard-size pool table and
many other games for your entertainment needs.

The villa is managed by a professional local management company with a 24/7 emergency telephone number.

It was definitely relaxing. Lots of space with a variety of things to do. The night lights available were important but several were burnt out. Having access to a washer and dryer were great. I didn't really like having to remove bedding and begin washing them and towels when I was worrying about packing, eating breakfast and getting cleaned up before having to depart by 10 am. That was a little tough with young children. The area we were in seemed a little shady, but we never had any issues with the neigboring homeowners. The home was very well kept, provided almost all toiletries and linens and kitchen necessities which made it a wonderful home to stay. I would stay there again.

Missourians on Disney Trip

My wife, married daughter and 6 year old grandson enjoyed the spacious home - for 4 nights in mid January, 2012. The house was very clean and in good shape. The beds were nice and firm. The pool table and especially air hockey table were great fun with my grandson. The location was a quiet residential street- no noise! Around a 15 minute drive to Disney. The swimming pool and hot tub were great! We bought the pool heat - you have to turn the hot tub timer on to activate the heat - but it warmed up in 30 minutes or so. There are full kitchen utensils, plates, pans - but no supplies or carry over items like salt, sugar, paper towels, etc. Publix grocery store is less than 5 minutes away. The 42" flat screen TV is nice and the floor plan layout is very open and comfortable. We enjoyed the time and would use this house again.

Green Villa

The Green Villa is a pleasure to use. My family truly enjoyed our stay there. it was so nice to have a home to relax in after a full day at the parks. We will strongly recommend these homes to our friends and relatives that come to the Orlando area. It was 15 minutes from the house until we were parked at the Disney Parks and only 30 minutes to Universal. We look forward to coming again in the future.

Wonderful place to stay for vacation!

My big family just returned from this beautiful home. Everyone had a great time. The kids enjoyed the air hocky table and pool table, as well as the pool. The home has enough space for our family of 8 to relax after a long day in the park. It is tastefully decorated. Neighborhood was quiet and convenient to grocery shops and resturants. This is our first time staying in a vacation home and the experience is maginificent! We will not staying in hotel again!

The house was great. It had everything we needed and more. We loved having the pool so close. At the hotel we have to walk. Everything was so convenient. TV's in every bedroom!! We will definitely stay again. We visit Disney every year!!

From the moment, we arrived and entered Paradise del Sol we were all impressed by the exquisite décor in every room. The most generous and special jester Donna and her family bestowed on us was a variety of unexpected special touches and surprises that added to the occasion of my granddaughter’s 12th Birthday Get Away. The home is very spacious on top of being most comfortable. The open area between the den and kitchen made it convenient to attend the grandchildren while they were watching TV and playing games. The pool was ample enough for our grandchildren, not too deep for their ages (6, 12 and 14). We were able to have a marvelous time and the weather cooperated with that result. Thank you for contributing to this unforgettable get away, we will always remember it as one of our best time, spent together. We will certainly be coming back as well as recommending it to our families and friends.

1st Disney STay

We loved the house, however, it didn't have free internet or a game room. The house was clean and the pool was nice. Someone fixed the fountain while we were away, great! The kids loved their Mickey Mouse Ear valance and the master suite was huge! The shower heads, a little to be desired, but managable! Better than a hotel room cramped with all 5 of us! Lots of space and nice to cook breakfast and dinners! No BBQ grill either!

LOOK FOR THE SIGNS

The home is very nice, but, there are many things left wanting. When we arrived the pool needed serviced. I had to call the management company twice to get it done. There is no jacuzzi tub in the bath. The tub is deep, that's it. The linens in this home are apalling. Towels need replaced. No guest should have to use towels suitable for drying your dog. Signs are everywhere. $50 if you use the gas grill and fail to clean it. Signs on every toilet regarding a $75 plumber's fee if guests block up the toilet and a plumber is called. A sign on the dishwasher regarding the penalties for stealing it. Watch for the rule book. The contract is simple, but, the rule book states that all towels must be washed, dried and replaced before you leave which prevents the taking of any morning showers the day of departure. We could never get the outside jacuzzi in the pool to work and considering all of the rules of the house we did not try to force the valve and take a chance of breaking anything so we spent the week without. My only request was that the pool screening be intact and it was not. We've rented condos and homes up and down the East coast and the price was great, but, we won't come back here again.

the house is well maintained with nice beds and bedding.the pool wasnt used but it is very nice .the only negative was the garage picture shows pool table and other games when ,in reality ,it is empty.since it was winter and parks closed early that was a reason house was picked.the condition of house and neighborhood still made the choice of this house a good one.

The house was very nice with all the features of home, the only thing game room things didn't work, toaster only toasted on one side so hope these items will be corrected for the next time someone stays there. The location was wonderful and we loved the pool and quietness of the neighborhood.

Almost like home!

This house was very realaxing and spacious for all 8 of us. The pool and game room was great for the kids as us adults enjoyed the large kichen and family room with AC! We saved $$ by eating at the house for breakfast and dinner. The grocery store was close and Disney World was only 10-15 minutes away. It was nice to have a washer and dryer so we didn't have to go home with suitcases full of dirty clothes! The only things we would change is a larger BBQ and better cookware pans. Overall, we had a wonderful time and discovered that renting this home was better than a hotel!!!

Our recent Florida vacation

We found this propery on line, and were hopeful that the property would be as nice in person as it was on line..were so pleased when we arrived, it was exactly as pictured!! It was nice to have a home enviroment to come back to at the end of the day! Plus we packed less because we were able to do laundry. There was lots of space for everyone and it made the vacation so much more enjoyable. We would definately rent from property this way again for our future vacations.

We just stayed in this home a few weeks ago and really enjoyed ourselves. It was pretty close to all of the attractions but a nice and peaceful neighborhood. Mary was very easy to work with and gave us our deposit back in a very timely manner. We would definetly stay again.

I was a little disappointed in the property. We could not get the hot-tub which was attached to the pool to work properly and management was not very helpful in fixing the problem. We finally just requested that the heat be shut off because it was making the pool extremely hot. The bedding and pillows need to be updated as well. The house is beautiful and very clean though. Despite our few problems, we did enjoy our visit.

A wonderful vacation

The house met all our expectations and more. My Grandkids were so excited with it my Daughter-in-law said it was too bad we spent so much on tickets to Disneyworld , we could have a great vacation just staying there. The only things wrong were that we had a hard time getting in the house, and we couldn't get online on the computer, and the rent place didn't know anything about that. Only one of the pool cues had a tip on it, but we had fun playing anyhow. The skillets had the teflon worn out, and everything stuck to them, so I'd suggest bringing one with you. The kids loved the pool the best. That and having their own pretty bedrooms. The Master bedroom was large and pretty, and we loved the large step in shower in it's bathroom. THe childrens crib and highchair would be great fo people with little ones. We didn't have one, but we thought that was nice. We loved the nice modern stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator , and had a wonderful stay . We'd reccomend it anytim

Fantastic Vacation Villa

Our family of five was overwhelmed by the spacious layout and homey atmosphere. Plenty of room to have time to ourselves yet set up so we can have fun and family activities together. The pool was great! Thought the pool might still be cool in February even with the heater, but we couldn't have asked for better temperatures. Great location for so many Orlando amusement areas. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as the Publix market less than a mile away. We had a Barbeque, which we can't do in upstate New York in February! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hoping to be able to do it again soon!

This property was perfect for our needs, well stocked with the necessities, roomy and bright & a great location. My son & his fiance got married in Winterpark, we went to Disney & Universal and the villa was central to all the events we wished to attend. We hosted their rehearsal party and found there was plenty of room and enough dishes and utensils to accomodate everyone. On the days that we stayed home, the kids loved the pool and games room. However, we were disappointed in the "hot spa" which never reached more than a couple of degrees higher that the pool. It was indicated that we should not adjust the pool/spa settings. All in all, it was a perfect vacation. I would have rated this villa 5 stars except for some maintenance and cleaning issues we encountered. I would definitely consider doing this again.

We had a wonderful stay. It was prefect to spend New Years with our grown children and their spouses. The only problems we that the lighting in some of the rooms were too dark. Also the heated swimming pool wasn't working.

We stayed at this property from 9/21 - 9/29/07 and it was everything we expected and more. The owner, Mary, was very easy to work with. The house was lovely. We took our whole family (nine all together) and we had a trip we will never forget. This was so much nicer then a hotel. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Orlando area. It's very close to Disney - we could watch the fireworks from the pool every night.
