We Enjoy The Most The Pool And Spa. If You Go In March As Us(march 23 To 30) Please Make Sure That You Have The Heat For The Pool. The Nights Were Very Cool And The Days Too . More Towels Would You Have Been Necessary And That Home Need A Bigger Flat Screen And A New Furniture To It . In General We Enjoyed That Place And My Wife Enjoy It A Lot . Very Quiet Location To Relax . We Will Go Again If Needed In The Future .

Thank you Roland for your review. It will be appreciated. All the TV`s in the house will be upgraded and few new furniture will be added very soon, it is already in the planning but waiting for the right moment because the house is very very busy. So we have to do it in a quiet season.

We rented this property over a year in advance and had booked it for two weeks. You can tell that it is a rental property but it was perfect for our needs. Its not too far from the theme parks - give or take the traffic. It was great to be able to come back to this house inbetween our park visits for a break. We turned it into our home away from home and it felt great! We would reccomend this house to a friend anytime!

It was a pleasant stay!! Beautiful, spacious home in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Great house for the price. High speed Internet! Nurul is always excellent and I would highly recommend anyone to rent from him. The house is few minutes from groceries, restaurants, shopping and Disney parks. Amazing great orange trees in the garden and you can squeeze fresh orange juice for your breakfast. Fresher than that you wouldn't get. Nurul, thank you for your service and I will definitely come back again in the near future.

Me and my family drove from atlanta to clearmont for the labor day weekend. This rental property was beautiful and close to everything. When you are traveling with family and trying to cut cost this is the best way to go. My family stop by to visit we were able to go see my dads grave site, it was a wonderful trip all you needed to bring is groceries. We are planning to go back for thanksgiving......

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. We loved that you could just walk out the back door into your own personal pool! Nurul was very easy to get ahold of during the rental process. When we had a problem at the house the property manager made sure it was taken care without any issues! We would love to stay here again. What a great vacation we had!

The house was very nice, clean and in good repair. Nice neighborhood also. There were two grocery stores close by and also easy access to all major highways and Disney World. The kitchen had every appliance you could need and plenty of glasses and dishes. The pool area was beautiful and had plenty of seating for all of us. Behind the house was a field and some woods, no backyard neighbors, very nice. The only reasons I did not give this house a 5 out of 5 stars was because there were no hand towels in any of the bathrooms or dish cloths in the kitchen. Also, we were very disappointed to find out after we already paid our fee and reserved the house that we were not allowed to open either of the two sliding glass doors that lead out to the pool area. We were only allowed to use a small door, and I mean small and difficult to maneuver my elderly mother though, to get out to the pool.. I think that is important for people to know before they rent this house. But aside from those minor things, we were very very happy with the house and I would stay there over and over again.

I understand your frustration for not being able to use sliding door but there was a valid reason, everybody is not so responsible and nuce like you, I had situation that once guests left, we found the both sliding doors were open for days until cleaners accidentally discovered it and they in fact broke the locking frame.After that we kept it off limits only for the safety and security of our guests and most of tgem are pretty repeat guests.
And also looks like someone has taken a whole bunch of towels and wash clothes from the house without my knowledge and the situation has already been rectified FYI.
Please let me know when you are in town and I will be happy to welcome you again and again in '' your home away from home''

If you should ever want to go to Florida's fabulous parks and are looking for a quiet, beautiful place to stay this would be it. I spent a week with my daughters and we had a blast. We visited only three parks, even though we planned on visiting more. My daughters loved the pool and decided to stay home and enjoy it. The house is equipped with everything you'd want or need. We just spent 2 weeks here and loved every minute of it. The house is 2 minutes from groceries, restaurants, shopping,and only 15 mins from Disney parks. Nice quiet neighborhood. There is a fruit stand a 2 minute walk away, nice Florida oranges to start your day. The house is larger than we expected from the pics. lots of room for everyone, I especially enjoyed soaking in that nice big tub at the end of a long day. We will be back for sure. Our stay was fine, except for some bed bugs and the pool not being clean. Also the carpet in the dining room was badly stained with candle wax along with the chairs, otherwise the house was not bad, maybe in the future the landlord can take a look at the work that the cleaners do and make sure everything is being done that they say that they are doing. I'm pretty sure you made a wrong assumption as we had the place inspected by the professional people and no trace of bed bugs were discovered. It was probably something else. We keep our home protected by Terminix all year through. So that assessment is baseless and I'm sorry that you had to think like that while its not that at all after the Terminix inspection.

I just want to add a review to let anyone who contacts this website, that we are not even scheduled to arrive for our vacation untill 27th of this month. However, Nurul has been wonderful to me, he has reached out and accomadated our stay to exactly what we was loking for, as far as our price range,depoist and everything. I only have 3 complaints about this house/rental. The carpets were VERY worn. I kept my shoes on in the bedroom. There were signs everywhere threatening charges if you stopped up the toilets, adjusted temperatures, or set off an alarm. Finally, it was too from from restaurants and our reason for coming to FL (Universal). Other than that the house was all we could ask for. Very well laid out, comfortable , quiet area but I wouldn't rent again because it is just too far out.

I have to say at first I was a bit apprehensive about renting a property from an unknown, but after all my family was extremely impressed with this property. The villa was absolutely impeccable and had all the amenities you could ever imaging. I would not hesitate to stay at this beautiful villa again. Highly recommended. I will definitely be back!

We loved the villa so much during our stay in March that we want to book it again in the last week of August,2007. we are in love with this one!!!The price was the lowest..it definitely could be higher as the villa exceeds any average villa with cleanliness, location,comfort,amenities and size.Simply excellent!!!

It is an excellent, clean, great and huge house which everybody will enjoy. It is rather quite area there and safe I had the impression. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed it much more than looking for expensive and much less cleaner hotel rooms. Will recommend to all our friends and return for sure. Thank you.
