Description of the Orlando vacation villa rental
Deserved Breaks is a brand new (completed September 2006), air-conditioned, luxury home with two master suites and an oversized pool with Jacuzzi and only minutes drive to Disney. Ideal for extended family groups as it can sleep up to 12 people comfortably.
This brand new home has been furnished to a very high standard and attention to detail is evident througout. It offers five bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms in addition to two beautiful family bathrooms, dining room, sitting room, luxury kitchen, breakfast area, an oversized swimming pool with jacuzzi and an extended decking with covered lanai.
Please note that two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor making them suitable for guests who have difficulty wtih stairs.

Deserved Breaks is in Aviana Resort, which is located at the corner of Hwy. 54 and Hwy. 17/92 in Davenport, Polk County. Fifteen minutes from Orlando's famous attraction, Aviana Resort is just far enough away to feel like your own tropical hideaway. All the excitement of Walt Disney World, SeaWorld and Universal Orlando are a short drive away-not to mention the great golf, shopping, dining and nightlife of the world's most magical city. Don't miss Orlando's exceptional name brand outlets or the fabulous Mall at Millenia with the most exclusive stores and restaurants in Central Florida. You can even be at Florida's specacular beaches in less than an hour for fun in the sun, a deep-sea fishing excursion or a visit to Kennedy Space Center. Everything you want to do on your Florida Vacation is easily accessible. That is if you can bear to leave the comforts of your beautiful home at Aviana Resort.
Champions Gate and Reunion Golf Courses are only 5 minutes from the villa. Publix supermarket and restaurants are only 5 minutes away.
My family and I had a wonderful holiday at your villa in Florida. It was a little cold the first few days but the weather warmed up and my grandchildren absolutely loved the pool and spa.
We loved your villa. It was very beautiful, very clean and very elegant. It was everything and more than what we expected. The furninshings were not only elegant, but very comfortable.. There was plenty of room for us all and the beds were comfortable. Everyone had their own space and it worked very well for our family. Because we all have very busy schedules, we stayed home for the most part and enjoyed just relaxing by the pool. The pool side furniture was also very comfortable. We really appreciated the pool fence. It helped to protect the little ones. The children enjoyed the games that were provided and they all said that their vacation was perfect. We would definitely recommend this villa to others.
You provided everything that we had need of . It was just perfect!
Again, thank you very much. We did try to leave the villa in the same condition as when we arrived. I hope that all was well.
