HAVE A GREAT VACATION IN OUR HOME FROM HOME!!!

Description of the Orlando vacation villa rental

The property sits on a large plot with a landscaped garden surrounding it. The pool is a private pool and has a shallow end which is suitable for toddlers and children. The pool is screened and pool heat is available upon request.

Our LOVELY, charming Florida Villa is located in Hillcrest off Highway 27 just minutes drive from Disney World and all the other major theme parks and is fully equipped to sleep 10 people. Our Villa is in a prime location with its own screened private pool which after a long day at the parks makes swimming and lounging by the pool an enjoyable and private experience. The fully screened pool has a heater for those not so hot days, and the deck is extended to allow you to sit in the sun whatever the time of year. There is also a covered porch for those who prefer the shade. The Villa has been furnished to a high standard and has all the comforts of home.

Our guests seem to leave their novels behind when they have read them, so we have quite a library. We also have a supply of board games and kids dvds and videos.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, full size oven, fridge freezer,with ice maker, coffee maker,eletric kettle,tea pot, toaster, etc.
There are full laundry facilities including washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the master suite has its own walk in wardrobe, 27" TV and DVD player and ensuite facilities, which lead out to the pool area.
There are 2 cable TVs. There is TV in the livingarea and a video player (with complimentary videos for your use)& HI FI .

Our villa is in an excellent location, just minutes from Disney and near to other Florida attractions. It is a fully air conditioned, luxury 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with a screened, heated pool. Outside there is a large deck and a bbq as well as a lanai. The property is fully furnished to a high standard and contains all the ammenities

you want to travel to the beautiful beaches at Daytona, Cocca or St Petesburg or even further!

Holiday in our fully air conditioned luxury 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa which is close to all the attractions Orlando has to offer. Enjoy the pleasure of having breakfast by your own private pool before spending a day at Disney World Orlando or playing a round of golf at the famous Champions Gate green.

Our property has a private heated screened pool with optional pool heat, a large deck area which is south west facing so you can enjoy all day sunshine.Dine outside using the gas barbeque, there is a large covered lanai for when the sun gets too hot, with new luxury patio furniture and sunloungers. In the evening sit by the pool and watch the sunset on another beautiful Orlando day!

The best thing about our home is its location - we are 4 mins away from Walmart superstore and Publix store. We are 10 minutes away from Disney and 5 mins away from the I4 and the 192. Its a great place to holiday!

ME AND MY FAMILY ENJOYED OUR STAY AT THIS LOCATION, THE AREA WAS IN A VERY CONVIENT LOCATION. THIS TRIP WAS A GRAT ONE FOR MY CHILDREN THIS WAS THERE FIRST TIME TRAVELING AND STARYING AWAY FROM HOME. SO THANK ALL WE HAD A BLAST AND IF WE DO IT AGAIN I WILL CONSIDER STAYING AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I WILL ALSO RECOMMEND THIS TO MY FRIENDS. THANK ALL OF YOU AGAIN

We had recently stayed at 806 hillcrest drive and we were very pleased of what the home had to offer.from a clean pool to having all needed ammenities for our stay. the feel of being in this home is not only spacious but we also liked the location of being close to everything.The home also has a great alarm system to make feel safe at all times.We also made new family vacation memories the management company was more than helpful in any needs that we may have had.looking forward to march 2008 vacation
