Description of the Orlando vacation villa rental

DO NOT spend your vacation in a home that is 5 or 10 years old which has been lived in by hundreds of people. Welcome to Bella Casa! This 2216 Sq. Foot Executive Villa (just built in October 2006) is a luxurious 5 Bedroom 4 Bath home, which has 2 Master Suites, a Private Pool with Jacuzzi and a Game Room in the exclusive GATED Aviana VACATION Resort. A perfect vacation retreat for you and your family to enjoy!

Please note that this is not just a home for rent in a basic suburban neighbourhood somewhere in Orlando, as many of the "vacation" homes are. Instead Aviana is a gated vacation resort meant for vacationers!! In addition to all of the benefits you get renting a 5 bedroom house with your own pool, you also get the benefits of the rest of the facilities as if you were at a hotel. The community center is a 6,500 square feet state of the art clubhouse which contains a large sparkling pool, jacuzzi/spa surrounded by palm trees, splash area, tot lot and sand volleyball court, and a PUTTING GREEN, CYBER CAFE and ARCADE. There is also a gymnasium/ exercise room, shopping facilities for sundries, a gathering/meeting room and a helpful STAFF in the RECEPTION AREA to assist you with any of your vacation needs.

This property is in a private, exclusive gated community with 24 hour security, Avianna Resorts, and is located only 14 minutes from Disney!! (Simple directions - only three turns and you are there. North on 17/92 for 3 minutes, left on Osceola Polk County Line Road and proceed west for 5 minutes, right onto Route 4 East for 6 minutes, then get off at Disney exit and 1 minute to Disney entrance). Property address is 112 Paloma Drive, Davenport FL (one mile south of Kissimmee). For a map of the great location - please put in "Hart Road Davenport FL 33837" in any map site such as gooogle maps - the street is off of Hart Road but too new to be on any map.
