Description of the Orlando vacation villa rental

Our superb 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with own private screened pool, is located on the world famous gated community of Southern Dunes, 18 minutes from Disney.

The villa is located on a west facing plot with stunning front line golf course views, over looking the sweeping greens of the third fairway.

Southern Dunes boasts a championship 18 hole golf course,
clubhouse with full service restaurant/bar, communal pools, fitness rooms, childs play area,& a fishing lake.
A super Wal-Mart is our corner shop!, Winn Dixie,blockbuster video,
a gas station, a bank, and fast food chains are minutes away.

The villa is fully air conditioned, and is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Accommodation includes open plan living area with cable TV, VCR and CD player, dining area with seating for 6, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and oven,Queen master bedroom en-suite with walk in closet cable TV
second bedroom with queen size bed, cable TV and built in wardrobes, third bedroom with 2 single beds and plenty of closet space.

The washer and dryer are located in the garage.

The fabulous pool area has comfortable patio furniture, and the pool can be heated for an extra cost.

This was our first family trip to Florida, but not our last! We were very comfortable at the rental property, it was very clean and had all the amenities of home. We really liked having the 24 hour Wal-Mart at the entrance to Southern Dunes, very convenient to say the least. The boys had a great time swimming in their "own " pool, morning ,noon, and night! We stayed in Peter & Amanda's villa in April 2005 and cannot wait to go back! The view from the pool area was stunning and so peaceful. The internet access was great to have, and the home itself truly felt like home from home. Southern Dunes is a fantastic location, with a 24 hour super walmart at the entrance which was so convenient for us after a busy day at the parks, you can also walk to Walmart from the villa which is great! The on-site club house has a restaurant & bar and is also within walking distance from the house, we have never stayed on a development that offers this. Travelling to and from the attractions was easy and we felt it was really lovely to get back to the villa and relax in the most peaceful pool ever!! that view is superb. We had a delightful time and couldn't fault the house or Southern Dunes (the golf course is immaculate and so green) looking forward to returning soon and thanks Amanda & Peter for such a lovely vacation, we will be reccommending you to friends and family!
