Brand new luxurious villa have 4 bed/2 en-suite master, 3 bath and a 30*15 heated pool with SPA, sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. It is 12 minutes from Disney World, 2 minutes away from championship golf courses and near all the major attractions.
The luxuriously furnished villa will have 4 bedrooms (2 en-suite master bedroom), 3 bathrooms and an over-sized private screened heated pool and spa. The villa is surrounded by the rolling orange groves by conservation area. It will comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. It will be fully air conditioned throughout and will have everything you need to provide the freedom and versatility you want on your holiday.

Cable TV, DVD, VCR, radio/CD player, GameCube with small selection of games, movies and books in living area. 11 in 1 Game table, Gas BBQ. Separate dining area and breakfast nook in fully-equipped kitchen.

30*15 heated private pool has been extended to give you extra enjoyment. There is also an 8 feet diameter raised Jacuzzi Spa bath for the ultimate in relaxation. It is fully screened to keep the bugs out but allows the sunshine in. The east facing proximity of the pool and deck area guarantees Florida sunshine throughout the day for 12 months of the year. The stunning extended deck is one of the largest offered by any house-builder in the region. Overlooking orange groves, it gives a feeling of tranquility and peace, as well as a high degree of privacy. Patio furniture is provided. The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence

This home was very central to Disney, outlet malls, shopping mall and great restaurants. Very clean and well stocked with any cooking items you may require during your stay. We called the management service requiring an appliance not working and they were on site within a couple of hours. Very quiet gated community, good for all ages including children. Could definatly rent again.

The kids simply felt in love with this property, same for us. Everything was clean, functionnal, new. This is the kind of property I would buy tomorrow. I called the property management because we ran out of BBQ gas and they came the next morning. Very good sevice.

Sunny & Hot in Florida

We had a great time in florida. I did get a little scared on our last day as there was a very large wolf spider in the bathroom ha ha. The house was clean, comfortable and very bright. it could use upgrades to the pool, decking & the screening has several large holes in it. the pool heater was wonderful and many days we had a temperature of about 95 degrees. The only startling thing I found was the pool maintenance guy coming into the back screened area unannounced and us seeing him walk by the windows. other than that we had a wonderful trip and would return tomorrow if we could. thanks helen.
